Great little location, not busy at all, and has recently opened. We were greeted by a wonderful human, not a speaker, and had time to read the menu and decide on our coffees. I told her exactly what I was looking for, as they had more choices. We settled on a white mocha, iced, with an extra shot of espresso. I asked for it to be a little sweeter, so they became Cuban shots. After adjusting my taste buds, I really like it. There’s several flavors I would like to try as well as some food items. They also have energy slushes for those non coffee drinkers. Smoothies, freezes (think frozen coffee), cake pops, egg bites, croissants, breakfast bowls, the list goes on.
I’m more impressed with the customer service received while there, so friendly and knowledgeable, and she was able to suggest several variations for us to try. It is different. The pricing is better, but we came out about the same with the extras we added to ours as we would at Starbucks. Will I return? Yes. I enjoyed my iced coffee and want to try Tuscany Toffee iced next.

My first (and only) visit was less than desirable. The coffee was awful. The service was non-existent. The wait was excruciating. It took 35 minutes to get one coffee. Only one lane was open, and there were 7 cars in line. One car finally gave up and left. The entire experience was horrendous. I’ll go somewhere else…lol. It’s not worth it at all.

Tried the new Ellianos location here in Trussville today. First off, the coffee is great—I ordered a hazelnut freezer, and it was smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped for on a hot day.
However, the food was a letdown. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich, and for the $8 price tag, I expected something a bit more substantial. The sandwich came with one thin slice of turkey (folded onto only one half of the sandwich), three small pieces of bacon, and lot of sauce. —just a very underwhelming presentation. Honestly, it looked and felt like something you’d throw together at home in a rush, not what you’d expect from a café item.
Overall:

We have gone here multiple times and only once has both of the drive through windows been open since they opened. The wait takes at least 15 minutes to even get to the window. Not only does it take forever but they don’t fill up the cup all the way with your drink. We paid $17 for one XL Red Bull rush and one large Carmella and the Red Bull rush was not even filled to the top. Unacceptable and very disappointing

Came here from out of town with a friend. Stopped by for a bagel and some drinks.
The espresso is amazing.
The latte superb.
The smoothie was giving.
The bagel was everything.
We asked for an immaculate amount of cream cheese. We had to go back for more and the staff delivered.
They went above and beyond for my friend and I.
In the end, we received amazing service and quality sustenance.
We will be back!

Had a really good experience, respectful teenagers( I am one myself) good service and didn’t just sit around. Free sample of coffee possibly the best coffee I’ve gotten that isn’t some chain Starbucks. I got mine and my brothers within 3 minutes of ordering and really liked how it tasted. I got a vanilla nut. Really hope this shop continues. Thank you and I loved it!!!

Love that it is so close to my house 5minutes, taste nothing like Starbucks seven drew is what keeps me coming back….. I love the refresher Strawberry dragon fruit and I just tried the new lavender peach club soda with out the white Lotus Energy shoot. And my word it was good. Keep up the great drinks. I’ll be back!
