Mi Chante at the Prosper/Celina Global Women’s Empire exceeded our expectations! We loved our lunch today and were so impressed with how well they accommodated our large group. The service was incredibly efficient, and our food came out very fast, which is not easy to do with a big party. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable for everyone. You can truly feel the care and pride they put into their business. Enjoyed our dinner here very much. They have few vegetarian items on the menu and the waitress, Ana, helped us pick and customize our selections.
The vegetarian Pronto Wrap and Veggie Tacos are all made, tasteful and filling. The complimentary chips and salsas are wonderful as well.
The Flan is really delicious and fun for the tastebuds.

We discovered this place because they will be opening another location near us in Providence Village. So, we travelled to go try it out and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we’ve been. The bartender “Nancita”is amazing and so friendly and attentive! I hope she comes to the new location when it opens. Food was amazing and we will definitely be going back to see Nancy when we can.

The food was not very good. The chick fajitas were bland with undercooked onions, the chicken in the mole enchiladas was dry as a bone, but the chips and salsa were good.
The service was bad. The fajitas came out 15-20 minutes after everything else. We ended up deciding to eat and had all finished before the final dish came out. To the manger’s credit, he comped the fajitas but that is not how it should work. Best of luck

I had an amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! The fajitas were perfectly cooked and enjoyable. The enchiladas were delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience a delight. Definitely a spot I’ll be visiting again soon. Highly recommend!

Flight of margarita was a nice touch to menu for samples, lot of flavors. Cowboy dip had lot of flavor and would order again. Tamales and shrimp plates were decent but relatively small portions. Flavors were OK. Service was good, had about 30 min wait on weekend. Large groups may take a while as most seating is 2-4 until they pull tables together. May try again at some point to see how other dishes are if in area.
