I am rating this resturant a three.
1 star for customer service. The staff was hard working and friendly.
1 star for short wait time.
1 star for the taste. The pizzas were delicious.
I do however have two complaints: the veggie pizza had a lot of veggies on one side of the pizza and very little on the other side. The other complaint that I have is for alllllll pizza places…think of the pizza as a fraction and divide it into 8 even parts….please. it’s very hard to share when the sizes are drastically different….equal slices…equal slices…I will go back.

The pictures say’s it all, this was supposed to be the Works with white sauce no red sauce jalapeños no green peppers, Not one topping 3 inches into the pizza, not to mention the piece that barely got cheese, and where are the rest of the toppings????? why did the pizza maker think this was OK… and the one who pulled it out the oven…. and the one who cut it…. and the one who put it in the box….must be the same person, never again, and this was a $22 pizza, I was a long supporter too.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! GREAT NEW MANAGEMENT!. GREAT EMPLOYED YOUNG ADULTS IN THERE!. Great customer SERVICE smiles & very happy to help and assist with you. Pizza was ready when I got there ordered at 5:30 done by 6:00 pm. Large Fresh works & Garlic Parmesan wings!. Will be my regular Papa John’s favorite location now!. BEST PAPA JHONS IN ATLANTA!. We had delivery. It was good, but I want to say it made me sick after eating it. Which was a bummer. Definitely going to stick to what I know. Don’t know what happened maybe next time I’ll just order a cheese pizza instead. Also for the price the pizza looked like a personal pan pizza. Spent 29.00 bucks on the pizza and pull apart cinnamon thingys. I could have gotten a whole meal with a drink…

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I placed an order through the app for delivery @5:37… ETA was 6:02-6:10 while watching through the app the times kept changing so I called to see what was going on and was placed on hold for 10 mins then they hung up the phone so I called back and asked for the manager someone picked up the line laughing and said manager speaking but I stated that it sounded like the same girl that answered and placed me on hold immediately asked for refund bc at this point it’s now been 1 hour and 22 mins. I wasn’t given a confirmation number or email stating refund details… SO I REPEAT DON’T ORDER from this location unless you’re ordering carry out. I will be contacting corporate to escalate this issue. Seems as they are playing around rather than making sure orders are being taken care of in a timely manner!!!

If possible this location would get -10 stars.
The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired and the product has declined in quality as well as portions. We ordered a large pie 1/2 meat and I will reserve the words and allow the pictures to tell you the story of what $28.60 got us, of course we got bread sticks lol. Clearly the staff did not get to the part in school where they learned fractions since they did not know the difference between 1/4 and 1/2. The large pizza would not be considered large even if midgets were evaluating the size. They have lost a customer for life. I did make an attempt to get this matter rectified before I left but the girl at the register seemed more amused by a plastic bag she was playing with than her job. She just brushed me off and closed the door. This is no longer my favorite pizza!

I ordered my pizza on the app. Half chicken and bacon, the other half meatball, extra bbq sauce cheese crust with spicy garlic sauce. I ordered at 5:57 and my food was outside at 6:14 when the first promise time was 6:38-6:38 and the second promised time was 6:21. They must have not been so busy because I’ve never received food this fast before. And it was hot and delicious exactly like I wanted it. 10 stars!!!
