Stopped by the West York location right around opening this morning and the staff was already busy with pickup orders, but my son LOVES their food and wanted to wait the estimated 25 minutes. Food was finished in less time than anticipated and delicious! What stood out to me was that my son’s burrito had the wrong sauce, he didn’t even notice. The woman working there realized and brought us over a new burrito with the correct one! Not many businesses will recognize an oversight like that and correct before the customer even realizes! Says a lot about the establishment and who they employ!

Great service, the gentleman who took our order was very patient with my husband and I figuring out what we wanted. He noticed that I didn’t order a drink, because I don’t like soda, and he offered me a cup for water which I appreciate due to the hot sauce options. I would gladly be back for another yummy burrito!

Now, I’m from Arizona, the land of burritos, so I’ll try to check my bias at the door.
The food was pretty good, just lacking in those traditional Southwest flavors. Not enough pico de gallo or cilantro, and certainly not enough seasoning or spice generally. Not to say Mexican food has to be spicy, but the citrus and cumin and chipotle elements were definitely lacking.
I thought I’d ordered a grilled burrito but it ended up being a quesadilla. My mistake, no big deal. I still enjoyed it. And the guacamole was solid!
I’d go back and try other items, and when I do, I’m most definitely asking for some of that hot sauce. Now, I’m not a restaurant owner, but I think that having 15 different salsa options is slightly overwhelming for most folks. Like, how in the heck are we supposed to choose one from so many choices? Help a brother out and limit that to three or four options, mmkay?

Food is always immaculate. Slap ya’ mama GOOD. Hannah is always a gem at the front desk, too. I grew up in Dtown and love that location, but this spot is just as good, if not better. Robs never lets me down.

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat. They’re all about the same around town but this one had an interesting bathroom! There was no lock on the door, just a latch, which was kind of weird, but the toilet seat just blew me away. I laughed! Price is kinda high but we like it because they are local.

the other day I ordered my food to go and tipped 20%. Once I got home I was so dissapointed, my order was wrong I asked for no sour cream and why did they put extra?! IKYFL! I was so angry, threw it away.
Don’t tip till after you’ve inspected your food!

Excellent atmosphere, incredible food, and a great value!
Every time I return, I’m reminded why I love this place. HUGE burritos, fresh ingredients, and a very pleasant staff.
I also love the variety and complexity of the sauces offered. Everything from a very mild, flavorful sauce, to something that’ll definitely light you up!
Keep up the great work, can’t wait to stop in again!

Dope little spot for a burrito! The atmosphere is badass. Burrito’s are great! Haven’t had a bad experience at all yet! Always recommend Roburrito’s!

I got a chicken burrito and had a single price of chicken, as in 1 bite. Another customer told me if you don’t tip when you pay they do this. $24 for 2 burritos with no meat is crazy.
