Manousheh Grand is a great spot on the Lower East Side for authentic Lebanese food and freshly baked breads. You can really taste how fresh everything is the manousheh comes out warm, soft, and perfectly baked, and the toppings and spreads are full of flavor. They have a nice variety of classic Lebanese items on the menu, and everything I tried tasted very clean and well-seasoned. I also loved that they have a small market section where you can buy Lebanese grocery items and ingredients to take home. Overall, very good food, fresh tasting, and a great place to stop for something quick but high quality. Highly recommend.

Came here because heard of rave reviews. I don’t know if we just ordered wrong but we ordered a manousheh and was expecting a flatbread but got a wrap instead. Still, the flavors were really good. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. The mezzes were also good, 3 for $25 is a good deal especially since the portions were huge. The pita bread was fresh out of the oven and was probably my favorite. For 2 people, 3 mezzes and one of the wrap is plenty. I’ll come back and try the actual flatbread next time.

Manousheh Grand is easily one of the best spots in NYC for manaeesh. The moment you take a bite you can tell they’ve mastered it. The dough is soft, fresh, and full of flavor, and the fillings are delicious and perfectly balanced. Honestly some of the best manaeesh I’ve ever had — juicy, satisfying, and exactly how it should be.

I also tried the mezze sampler with fatteh, msabaha, and foul along with the vegetable plate. They were decent and hit the spot, but the real star here is definitely the manaeesh. If you’re coming for the first time, make that your priority. It’s absolutely worth it.

Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely be back for the manaeesh.

Love a taste of Beirut, in NYC. All the other middle eastern restaurants are either Palestinian, Egyptian, or Iraqi. The manousheh here tastes just like Beirut. I got the Akkawi cheese manousheh and it was too good that I forgot to take a picture of it. The la7em Ajin is on point! The Nutella spread is so YUMMY.

What a gem, very nice prices and fresh quality foods available. Toilets are clean and they sell spices. There are loads of vegetarian options, and the zaatar I had was amazing. When food tastes good without cheese or meat then you know they can make good food. Highly recommended. The 4.6 is not the correct rating but what can google do.

Solid spot for Lebanese wraps. I ordered their falafel manousheh — tasty but the pickled turnips were quite salty. The highlight was the labneh and tahini, both housemade. Definitely more of a to-go atmosphere but recommend trying at least once!

Unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. First, the prices are ridiculously high . Second, the manakish were drowning in oil , and honestly, they weren’t tasty at all . Even when we ordered Fatteh, it had absolutely no flavor . And imagine—there wasn’t even bread in the Fatteh! ❌ We will never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”
It’s 100% not a Lebanese restaurant. Nothing about the food felt authentic or genuine.”

Astonishingly good. Mediterranean food in general is the kinda stuff that I don’t even need to look at the menu cuz it’s all good. But mother of god Manousheh takes it to the moon. I have to stop myself from going here cuz I’d eat it every day. The chicken moussakhan (spelling dubious but it’s the chicken one) omfg.

They churn out orders ridiculously fast. I guess they prep all the food before service and when you order something all they do is bake the bread or heat it up or something. I’m often waiting for like only 5 minutes before they bring out my order. I’m talking about ordering for 2 plus a salad. If you’re going to Mcdonalds you’re a loser because this is THE fast food that’s better than fast food.

We were heading to Trader Joe’s on a rainy day to do some grocery shopping, but we hadn’t eaten yet and didn’t want to shop hungry, so we stopped into Manousheh Grand to check them out & now they are our new favorite eatery.

We ordered a zaatar & jibneh manousheh which is like a flatbread – but tastes so much better than a flatbread – bc the dough is more delicate and becomes one with the toppings. Ahh, the toppings. The zaatar was such a perfect blend and you get your choice of cheeses, we chose akkawi, which had a briny wonderful flavor that went so well with the sesame seeds and thyme.

For dessert, we got ashta, which is a clotted cream they make in house with orange blossom water and rosewater with honey and a maamoul/cahk cookie with a walnut filling and powdered sugar on top, which was my dad’s favorite type of cookie and I almost cried when I took a bite into it, bc I was wishing I could bring him some to try. The ashta was my son’s favorite and had such a delicious consistency.

We can’t wait to go back and try so many of their other savory and sweet treats. Oh, I forgot to mention, there was plenty of seating, the restaurant was very clean, and even though they had a steady stream of customers, they were on top of it, and everyone was super friendly.
