This place has gone **straight downhill**, and the bartenders are a big reason why.
I’ve been a regular here for years and never had a single problem until the new ownership rolled in and apparently hired bartenders who treat customers like an inconvenience. When my sisters and I questioned a bill, the bartenders were **dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful** no explanation, no attempt to fix it, just attitude.
Instead of doing their jobs, they passed the problem around, rolled out excuses, and wasted our time. The owner stepping in didn’t help, but the bartenders set the tone, **unprofessional, defensive, and clearly uninterested in basic customer service**.
Dive bar doesn’t mean disrespect. If you can’t handle a simple question without catching an attitude, you shouldn’t be behind the bar. Needless to say, **no tip was given** and it was well deserved.

The waitress seemed annoyed the whole time. Slow service. The food was awesome!! Cheeseburger Mac n cheese was great and cheesy. Meat a little bit bland in my bf’s opinion. The cheese burger was big & delish. Compliments on the fries

Dawn was arrogant and aggressive. She approached us with multiple questions like an “Ice Agent” although we are air forces vets! Born here and parents and grandparents born here. Also, not that it matters we are basically translate white! She is rude and actually belittled the owners and the staff. Cute place but never again. If you see Dawn avoid at all cost!

I was craving Buffalo Mac and a Cheese, and I haven’t found any better than what they serve here.
It’s a pub with dart boards and a jukebox playing 80s music the night I was there. I sat at the bar surrounded by locals greeting friends as they walked in.
It’s homey and unpretentious.

If you want excellent wings, a laid-back atmosphere and great table service, look no further. As a Buffalo native, it’s almost impossible to find decent wings in the Boston area. These guys have it! The wings were fresh, they were cooked great (fried then baked, not the other way around), and flavorful. Just as importantly: they included ‘real’ chunky bleu cheese and carrots and celery, as one is supposed to do. Their onion rings were excellent as well. Friendly staff, busy Friday afternoon crowd, and cold drinks (though no tap lines – only cans / bottles).

Was here on a late Friday night for hockey at the college and ordered the most mundane thing. Came back on the Saturday night and the barkeep remembered who we were and our order. That is fantastic service. And those were probably the best onion rings I’ve ever had.
