SO MUCH TO LOOK AT INSIDE!!

We’ve ordered Secret Pizza Society a few times for delivery, and loved it. Most creative and delicious vegan pizzas in Portland. GF crust is good too if you have a celiac in your midst.

This time we ate in, and it was so fun. Lovely staff, friendly and warm. Food was superb as always.

The best vegan organic restaurant I’ve experienced in the Pacific Northwest. This is “Old Portland” at its finest; earthy, homey, extremely friendly, so generous on pricing, and the food is both comforting and extremely energizing! I don’t do great with wheat, but their unique organic pizza crust is magical in taste and digestion! Gluten free available. Most everything made from scratch in-house. You can choose slices of vegan cake (sweet enough but not overly sweet!), delicious potato salad, perfect pasta salad, raw vegan pie slices, a variety of homemade pestos, the best local hot sauce I’ve ever had, and more. I like to eat here not only for the extreme food quality and taste, but also to be immersed in the relaxed, laid-back field of renewal that employees provide. One small but powerful point: I love drinking sparking water… they have a large selection at $1 a can! Unheard of!! The owner said he simply can’t charge more than that for a can of water. The same brand sold in individual cans at other restaurants is often $4!! The other reviews and ratings speak for themselves. My favorite restaurant for all the above reasons.

Absolutely LOVED this place. I had the vegan meatball sub. The bread was phenomenal and the meatballs where absolutely delicious! The sauce was perfectly flavored. I also ordered a side of ranch to dip my bread in and it was AMAZING! The best ranch I have ever had. Highly recommend this place!

This review is only based on the order I had today February 13th 2026 as I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 pizzas (Mt Boring & Reddy Kilowatt) which I’ve ordered several times before for delivery. First issue the tape on box was not sealed. It didn’t look like my pizza was tampered with but I did give it a side eye. The flavor on both my pizzas today was lacking all the good flavor I was so used to having. The ingredients tasted so bland today. I feel like I wasted my money. I’m willing to give them another try but may just dine in next time.

Great staff, creative ambiance paintings and stuff! Their 2025 Burger Week Burger brought us: is a vegan pattie, scalloped potatoes, cheesy sauce, greens, and was good for being vegetarian. They have vegan vegetarian food, beers, patio deck outdoor seating.

The pizza is really good, I would say amongst the best in portland. I got the redy killowatt its a barbecue chicken pizza and I added smoked guda and jalapeños, I was not disappointed, the crust is buttery and I must say I normally dont eat the crust but when its this good its hard to let it go to waste I also got a strawberry lemon cheesecake slice that was simply amazing. I highly recommend you check this place out if you havent already

It seems like I’m being a “Pizza Jerk,” with my atmosphere score, but the inside is really dodgy. Like right away, awkwardness sat in as we had no idea what to do or where to sit or where to order or anything. There was just a wall. Just a wall and a really weird, old, poorly lit, sparsley filled pie case. Oh! And a curtain. Which was closed.
And then the music. We walked into either the end; or the beginning of your cousins rave where only stragglers lurked and house music was so loud I didn’t even really want to finish reading the menu ( sorry. I left my E at home!).

But when we figured out how to order, it was quick and friendly ( it was super hard. Kidding. It was a bell)!

The only reason for the dip in stardust for the food….. The Caesar Salad felt like it was from a kit at the store, and the tomatoes. Who puts tomatoes in a Caesar Salad? We just didn’t really like picking through it.

Otherwise the food was freaking awesome and I am so full right now. I couldn’t stop eating it. Whoever is cooking back there has it down pat, with creating the perfect squishy crunchy bite that made me want another! Perfect textures with vegan food is a triumph, they’ve achieved it. The pizza was freaking awesome (I had the Waponi Woo on accident because I ordered the wrong pie), the crusty bread had flavor, it was a total treat. And towards the end I wasn’t scared of that barren pie case anymore. I had been eyeballing a piece of Orange Creamsicle Cake since before dinner, but so glad that I went with the cookie instead. I could have had 10 more of them. I would drive there again just for those cookies!
ANYWAYS….
The interior = rad idea, executed poorly, small spot, not ideal for hanging out, definitely a to go thing.
Food was great besides the tomatoes
More cookies please!

This place kinda rules. I’m not vegan but I met a friend here and I loved it. The ONLY nitpick I have is: the in-person menu is slightly confusing. Look at the menu online and figure out which pizza you want before coming here! I ended up getting the Chalupa Batman and I heartily recommend it.

The term “pizza” here is somewhat loose. Prior to this, my favorite vegan pizza place was Baby Blue (a now defunct food cart). But where Baby Blue made classics like Margherita with vegan cheese, Secret Pizza Society is reinventing pizza in their own image. These pizzas are bonkers and I’m here for it. And the crust is good enough, you’ll want to eat it by itself.

Okay.
So this spot has got LAYERS of goodness. Right through the door you are immediately hit with a visual experience. This place drips Portland aesthetic.
Then your ears pick up on the jazzy deep trip hop playing in the background. The whole thing is a vibe. Sincerely.
Then the food. Oh my lawd the food. The Unruly Girl Pizza is a poem of flavors. And the pepperoni is everything that you’d expect out of a pepperoni and more!
But none of that is why I made this review.
I just had their Burger Week Burger. I’m not vegan. But I love good food and I do love burgers.
This was legit one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Vegan or not. There was just enough herb flavor to balance out the scalloped potatoes on the Patty. I’m still trying to wrap my brain around the experience of flavor play. It was hypnotic.
