I was picking up an order. The girl and dark skinned guy were pleasant however Dustin and the manager were both rude. I clarified my order before I left and the manager got very defensive and wouldn’t help. If you want the BEST SERVICE & FOOD, GO TO RICHMOND.

Went on Customer Appreciation Day and got 3 sandwiches. The app showed a turkey cheese, but the POS made it a cheese only.
After speaking with the Manager on Duty he not only honored what the app offered, but made me feel like my experience matters. This is the sole reason I come to this location. Please make sure this man is compensated fairly and offered all the promotions he can get. In my industry this behaviour is exactly what we are looking for!

This used to be a good place. Not anymore. Last 3 times that I have been there it has been a complete RIPOFF! I’m done. They totally skimp on the meat. False advertising. They are one of the more expensive fast food places but they used to make up for it in quality and a lot of meat. Now they still have the higher prices but they skimp on the meat. I’m sure it’s a great deal for the franchise owner. They won’t get me again.

Attempted to dine in. Stood there waiting for 15 min behind another couple. We were 2nd in line. It appeared they just gave the couple in front of us food. Finally someone acknowledged our existence and apologized but said their system was down. We were on a schedule, so we left to go eat somewhere else. I get that sometimes there’s problems with technology that are out of people’s control, but there has to be a better way to handle it other than just ignoring your customers. I am a little less baffled by the Shreveport store’s closing.

Passing through Texarkana again and ordered my favorite Schlotsky’s sammich , the Avocado Turkey ! I can’t describe it well enough , you just have to try . I can say that I really like the sourdough bread and the ingredients are wonderful . This go-around the team was nice enough to let an old guy take a selfie with them . The young ladies who take my order when I get a sandwich are really cute ! And they do a very good job and are nice to an old rascal !

In the drive thru lane, I ordered a Turkey Avocado sandwich today at about 1:30. When I went home to eat my lunch, I saw there was brown avocado used on my sandwich. This is disgusting and should never be served! Workers would you want to eat that??? You know you can put lemon juice on avocado to keep it from browning. In the future if you only have rotten avocado do not serve it!
