Usually this dominos is decent but 2 of the last three times we ordered pizza from the East Alton location they goof something up. Ordered the peoples pizza and it comes with no sausage on the entire thing but they would not fix it. Manager said it was fine If I pay the price for the specialty pizza I want ALL of the specialty pizza and toppings that come with it. Not just some of it. Order with caution.

Ordered by phone because app wasn’t working. Talked to a call center instead of actual store. Ordered the $19.99 special after delivery fee and tip was $32.00. Ordered one pepperoni and one sausage pizza in the special. Light sauce on both. Received the pizza’s with no sauce, burnt, old meat and cold. Also in the special was the cinnamon twist bites. Instead of brushing on the cinnamon on the bites. They poured it in thick. Couldn’t eat them or half of each pizza. Will not be going to this place again.

We ordered tonight for the first time in years . To be honest we never liked their pizza . I can’t say that now . It was amazing and so was the chicken . We will definitely order again . They really changed their game . Good job !!

Picked up order in drive thru, had to wait, they screwed up one pizza and they were making a remake. I was thankful, all food was warm, tasty, correct , and a decent value. Domino’s is starting to win back my respect. Way to go Dominos. East Alton!

Get pizza from here at least once a week. Had them leave it at my door only to find they left it somewhere else. No pizza after 40 mins then call and they are saying we are lying. Never ordering from this location always something…hope whatever neighbor got my pizza enjoys it! Guy on the phone slow as hell too

Our pizza showed up looking like someone peeled off half the pizza. No cheese or toppings on over half of the pizza. How does this even happen? It obviously was cooked at one point. Our cheese dip barely had any cheese in it either.

I have placed a few orders with the Domino’s in East Alton, IL. My family is not small either, my orders are always 60 to 80 dollars every time. Every single time I have ordered, the pizzas come burnt, toppings dried out, and most of the time when I order it says 35 to 45 min wait time, but I don’t get my order for atleast 90 mins. I have filed complaints through their website, through the track your order, and have never been able to get anything resolved. I have wasted alot of money giving them extra chances thinking maybe it’s bad staffing, bad day, or something, but have never had a good out come. I have placed a few orders over the course of 2 years, and have never had a good experience. Have never gotten money back for a bad order, or the order corrected in any way. I’m not sure I will ever trust a Domino’s restraint again if the Higher up people can’t even respond to a complaint after I can’t get the store itself to correct it either. I will take my money and my business else where.
