The new building is beautiful! The location is still great as usual. Inside is clean and updated. The new playground for kids is amazing. Service was poor. Slow. Food is cold. Took FOREVER to get! Second time in the new store and they failed both times. This was the same problem with the last one. Everything was sooooo slow but at least the food was hot. They are understaffed and seem to accommodate the drive-thru. Even the drive-thru was slow and cold. I’m super bummed out because I waited for a long time for this new store to open. I was hoping it would have been better this time.
Update 1/7/2026 the drive thru was fast this time. The attendant was rude. I guess I’ll take fast food all day if you have to deal with a jerk to get it. At least I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a cold burger and fries.

Family Matters
I waited over 20 minutes. They finally came to the door 13 mins after waiting on my Mobile order just to ask for $44… not my order. Then 2 minutes later, manager came to confirm my order. Manager had to call out my simple wopper meal and nugget kids meal. Nothing crazy. UNACCEPTABLE TO WAIT CLOSE TO 25 MINS IN LINE.

Absolutely awful will never ever go back!! Overcharged us by $15. And only got half the order. Food was not hot at all!!. I won’t say it was cold like refrigerator cold, but it certainly had zero warmth to it. Four people in the lobby three of the four orders were wrong after 20 minutes awaiting and getting the wrong food. I just had to leave. They were very rude and had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I actually was embarrassed for them!

Was doing a order and I was asking the cashier questions for our meal, instead a young lady slides in and rushes us to order our food and trying to push us out the way as I was trying to make sure I can remember what my family wanted. So my brother didnt get to order because we was being asked “is that all”, like she wanted us out the way. So my brother had to order on the kiosk for his food. As I waited we didnt get our order right and we was missing half of our items. Then finding out that the manager was the person that messed our order up and didnt give us everything correctly. Also she was very rude to my mom and and was talking about my mom with the other workers. I really see that I can’t come back here anymore as there are rude people rushing others with their order fast.

My 3 kids went down there for dinner and it was the worst expiration they have had that night. They ordered 3 meals 2 with shakes. They only received 2 out of the 3 meals and no drinks so they went up told then they never got the drinks or the other burger they gave my kids attitude gave them 3 cups and the burger but not the fries and then they said we ordered 2 shakes showing then the receipt and everything. They said oh well the shake machine is not working. Kids said they wanted a refund for the shakes and they laughed and said no we dobt have a manager. But while they were talking to these workers being treated like shit a couple came in and ordered meals with shakes and got their shakes with no problem. And yet this is a brand new place that opened. DO BETTER PEOPLE thats not how you treat customers at all. Corporate and the BBB will be contacted as well

It’s unfortunate they spent money on a fancy new building just to serve food that is inedible. The hashbrowns were so greasy and tasted like old fryer oil. The French toast sticks were soggy, cold, and flat. I cannot believe they served those. Would they eat them??? Doubt it.
And I guess it’s a good thing I couldn’t eat the French toast sticks because they didn’t even give me syrup what a waste of money. Definitely will not be going back.

Manager was taking my family’s order and keep trying to rash us. So I had to place my own order at the kiosk. When the food was ready was only given half. Had to ask several times for food I paid for.

The new building that replaced the old one is your typical bland, soulless and uninspired drab box. Also, to place orders you must now use a kiosk that’s totally unreliable (seems to be an unfortunate trend with most fast food places). I am never eating at this Burger King (or any BK for that matter) again.

Garbage. Went through all the trouble to build and reconstruct this location and STILL HAVE TERRIBLE WORKERS AND FOOD.
