I had high hopes for this place as so many people have said it’s a great place to take your family for an easy, quick, affordable meal to please everyone. My son had a baseball game close by so I thought it would be fun to try it out after the game. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Upon walking in no one said anything to us so we had no idea if we should just pick a seat or wait to be seated. The restaurant floor was covered in trash and napkins with crumbs all over the place. The pizza bar looked like a wild group of people strolled through and demolished it. The salad bar was absolutely disgusting. I had 3 kids with us and not a slice of cheese pizza was to be found. We waited about 10 min and they brought one out but it was pretty disappointing experience. It was affordable so I didn’t feel bad spending the money but it left so much to be desired. My kids had one piece of pizza a piece and I didn’t eat because I was worried about the cleanliness of the place considering the state of the salad bar. Needless to say we had to get dinner after dinner.

We tried Pizza Inn for the first time tonight and we really enjoyed it. For the price, its 100% worth it. It reminded us of a much better Ci-Ci’s. The pizzas were fresh, salad bar had a good amount of options and the pastas were also fresh. My husband requested a BLT specialty pizza and a cinnamon pizza dessert and they made one fresh on the spot. The service was friendly and bathrooms were clean. We will definitely be back.

Update: I appreciated management reaching out to me to make things right. He said they are working on fixing the issues. I gave it another try and service was better but still not the best. I still think they’re missing out by not ending wait service and just having a drink station more like Cici’s.
Pizza is not bad, good value for money, but service is so terrible so we won’t be back. Someone brought out our drinks and that’s the last anyone talked to us. They were refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and talking to all the tables around us, asking if they wanted any pizzas out on the buffet, but not a word to us. No napkins on the table so we had to get some from another table. Highly recommend the owner fire his servers and just get a self serve drink machine. I always try to leave a good tip when I dine out, this is the first time I can remember that I left no tip whatsoever, because no one actually served us.

We went here with our homeschool co-op, at last minutes notice. They had no heads up we were all coming. The staff adapted to the extremely busy lunch period, the pizzas were hot and fresh, just as fast as they could make them. I would make the 45 minute trip back, just for the atmosphere and customer service. The food was a bonus! 10/110 would recommend!

Pizza inn is a wonderful place!my mother went in Thursday and was greeted by a young lady named Layla!she said she got her drink out to her very fast and made sure her table stayed clean!I love how they got name tags so I can brag on these young ladies I’m very happy with how they treated my mother that evening!Definitely will be coming back frequently.

My family loves pizza inn. Great place to bring kids. Wide selection of pizzas, salad bar and ice cream. They also serve beer. There are a few arcade games in the back, nice friendly people. Great prices.

Usually great and I am not trying to be a Karen but when they do fund raisers they should still have waitresses because tonight was the worst visit ever. I am probably never going back. Even when we paid for the ticket and told the waitress whom I never saw the whole visit how I felt she didn’t act like she cared that I was unhappy. This is usually a weekly dinner night for us but I am thinking it will a long time if I ever do go again.

I will say general experience wasn’t bad, but more of a critique, a lot of the pizza was warm and not even close to hot. The napkin dispenser on the table was completely filthy and was very hard to handle. The staff were friendly and overall helpful. But, as being the only pizza place that offers buffet since cici’s pizza in Huntsville permanently closed, I expected better.
