Awesome little shop.
Great service! Very clean and authentic ambience.
The taste was on point, the portions were very substantial.
My son even took the remainder broth home for later in a takeaway bowl!

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The Shrimp Pad Thai, dumplings, and summer rolls were all incredibly delicious, with fresh flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients.
The food was not only tasty but also beautifully presented. The owner, a lovely lady boss, was especially warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The entire staff was attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

The best Vietnamese food in Wellington, we came far away from Porirua just for their food. We love the banh mi, we always ask for extra chilli in it delicious… the noodle pho is always nice and huge portion, the best , also iced caramel with bubble that popped up in our mouth, so yum…

One of the few eateries that are open on a Monday as many in Petone and Lower Hutt are often closed. We’ve been here multiple times and they are often busy and turnaround is quick. Family run and your orders get taken promptly and dished out with minimal wait times. Food is always consistent and generous. Their prawn dishes have good size prawns so it’s quality plus quantity as the rice dish comes with 12 prawns! Highly recommend to try if you haven’t.

We ordered the Chicken Curry with Roti & Rice (A favourite of ours) Popcorn chicken, Dumplings and Stir fry noodles and everything was amazing!
We also had the banana chocolate and mango ripple ice cream and both were so yum! Light and creamy
Great sized portions, value for money, and the staff were so accommodating.

Great food, great value and generous portions. We (2 adults and 2 toddlers) ordered the Spring roll with pork and vermicelli, dumplings, chicken rice and Banh Mi and loved all of it! I also ordered a banana and mango smoothie which was delicious. Was a great find, especially during Wellington Anniversary when so many other restaurants are closed. Would definitely visit again!

Dropped by Vietnamese restaurant in Petone, I order bun Bo hue at pretty much every single Vietnamese restaurant I go to.
It’s one of the few places still serving at 2pm and this was my lunch break.
The place was very unassuming, nothing fancy, just standard Vietnamese restaurant, my portion size was quite decent as you can see in the photo, the flavour was not very strong, on the mild side, I needed a lot of sauce to add more flavour, however, there were so many pieces of meat, I was very impressed with the portion size! Did not quite make it onto my favourite Vietnamese restaurant list, but wasn’t bad either.

The highlight was probably the lunch special banh mi which was $15.50, the bread is nice and soft, filling is abundant and the flavour was great! Even though everyone in our group ordered a main, some even got this as a side too (not expecting the size!)
Would say the taste of the pho is above average but maybe not mind blowing, but that’s made up for the variety of meat and veges in the dish along with its portion size.
Summer roll happened to be average as well, but 3 rolls for $10 is not a bad deal~
