I absolutely love this location! Every time I visit, the staff are friendly, helpful, and provide very quick service. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries and a large drink using the restaurant’s tablet. The woman at the counter handed me my cup, and my food was ready in about three minutes. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious.
My only complaint is that the dining area feels cramped. There aren’t many seating options, especially if the restaurant gets busy. There is a small bar setup next to the ordering tablets and about six or seven booths in the center, with limited walking space. The lighting, however, is excellent—bright and complemented by plenty of windows.
The parking lot layout is also a bit awkward, with essentially one entrance and exit. It feels like the flow could have been designed better. Other than that, this is one of my favorite spots for lunch, and I always enjoy coming here!

I have to sadly share the sentiment of the other reviews. We usually stop here on our way out of town because it’s quick and we need to keep driving. So we’ve been here multiple times. The inside is ALWAYS dirty. The restrooms in particular are absolutely atrocious. (The photo this visit was better than usual). The lobby never seems to have a clean table and if you hit it right, you’re lucky if you get the ketchup dispenser that has ketchup in it. It’s truly sad, because this restaurant is new but it’s going to look horrible in a short time. The customer service is basically non-existent. You feel like you are a bother for them to have to take your order.
I know we live in a time where it’s hard to get workers, but I question where management is on this one. We’ve come back a few times, but not sure for how much longer that will happen.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. My daughter and I ate here a while back. We walked in, were greeted immediately, food came quickly, and everything was fresh. The manager and the staff were keeping it light and the drive thru was very busy. The workers were working (say what?!). The young lady that took our order worked cleaning the dining room the whole time; she didn’t just stand around on her phone. Swept the floors, took out the trash, wiped all the surfaces. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The food was as good as Wendy’s gets (that’s not a slam). My burger and fries were great! My to-go order was accurate. I even gave a shout out to the manager on the way out for having a nice store. I have only eaten there once, but it was a great experience.

Order today – they replaced two baked potatoes with one order of “upgraded” fries – not the first time I’ve gotten my order wrong. There’s no effective way to contact the restaurant to get these issues corrected or get a refund. Do not recommend.

Don’t go there if your disabled. They are jerks. I brought in NY registered service animal. Not emotional support animal an actual registered SERVICE ANIMAL. They were rude about it and told us we had to take the food to go. I got a refund and we left. The rudest ppl I’ve met here.

Had to REPEATEDLY ask for condiments, after the employee asked which dressing bc were our of bbq sauce. There was no ice for drinks also no lids. Was told had 5 min to leave bc they were closed officially.

They might not always get my order right, and sometimes they don’t see me when I’m trying to get it, but I think it’s just because I’m short. But hey, they’re such great people, and the building is really cool. I’ve been there so many times, I can’t even count! This place is awesome!
