Its a great idea for the mac n cheese lovers. One thing that should be done is more cheese, or thicker cheese, melty cheese.
The sandwiches were the way to go, that tasted great. Please make the mac n cheese ridiculously cheesy.

My co workers and I all got different grilled cheeses! Every one of loved it and said it was one of the best we’d ever had. Both co workers were vegetarian and vegan and they said the cheese and vegan-cheese were phenomenal and I agree! I got the Bacon love tomato!

Just wanted it to be better! It was not awful, however at $20 a combo, you just expect a bit more. Watery Mac and Cheese that tastes a bit more like a microwave Mac and Cheese. Prefer a baked creamy Mac. Again not awful, but wouldn’t go back.

We ordered the Lobster Mac and Philly Mac.
The Philly, without onions, was nearly perfect. If I had just a splash of BBQ sauce, I’d of been fully satisfied.
The Lobster Mac tasted fine, but was a bit watery and not very cheesey.
The Mac and cheese bites that came as a combo were good. I wish I had tried the tator tots while I was there for further comparison.
Bathrooms were clean, though could use some decorations. Very surprising given the interior of the restaurant.
Finally, I really think some salt and pepper grinders would make the the whole experience a lot better.

My wife was super excited to try this place out. She loves Mac n Cheese! The staff was super awesome! The food itself was extremely salty and lukewarm warm. You are better off making your own homemade Mac n Cheese or buying it somewhere else. I was very disappointed.

Friendly employees, clean store, clean bathrooms. James was great! He offered suggestions and is super nice. I got the Bacon, love, tomato – grilled cheese sandwich. It is served with some tomato soup for dipping. I love this sandwich. It doesn’t get soggy and the cheese is all melted. I keep coming back!!!

For the love of GOD, NEVER GO HERE. I took my wife here to try it out, it sounded like it might be good, how could you do Mac and Cheese wrong? We walked inside and immediately felt the heatwave from the inside, legit it felt like it was 100 degrees inside. We ordered food, I was making my own bowl and asked what options they had as toppings and was told, “like everything” which was not very helpful. We finished ordering and spent $40 on TWO meals, which is insane this isn’t 5 guys. We sat at a table and waited in the desert heat, and eventually our food came out. We took it to go and hopped back in the car, where we found that the tomato soup my wife had ordered was SPILLING OUT. On theme, it was boiling hot and spilling all over the food and car. We later found out that there is a hole in the container, a container that was placed upside down in the bag before we even grabbed it. Awesome. At least the food was good? WRONG!!! My mac and cheese bowl was DRY, it was BLAND, I legit couldn’t taste anything and it was all just a very pale yellow and gross. Oh and the chicken was chewy and cold. My wife had a beef tip and mac sandwich, it had a flavor at least, however about 20 mins after we both tried it we were both running to the bathroom…not pretty. I honestly feel like we were being targeted for some crime we committed against the staff, never go here.

I really wanted to enjoy I ❤️ Mac & Cheese, especially since the interior and ambiance were actually quite nice—the shiny red brick design stood out and gave the place a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver.
We spent $65 to feed our family and left genuinely disappointed. The mac & cheese was underseasoned, the tater tots were undercooked and lacked flavor, and the portion sizes—especially the chicken—were noticeably small. With food that felt rushed and lacked attention to detail, the pricing felt steep for what we received.
It’s tough to justify coming back unless the quality improves significantly. The concept is cool, but the execution needs serious work.

Drove 35 minutes to try this place and I was already nervous based off some of the reviews but I figured hey I love Mac so I’m sure I’ll like it… WRONG first off it cost me 20$ for just me to get a meal and cookies. The Mac is so bland and dry it’s sad. The Mac bites are bland and some were kinda burnt but also they put the hot cheese in a plastic cup and it melted (I don’t want to eat plastic) it was very disappointing.. I’ll drive 3 hours to a place where I found the best mac nobody can beat it!
