Cool, popular spot featuring wood-fired pizzas with gourmet toppings, along with beer & wine.

I went here for the first time today and absolutely LOVED my experience. I got a latte and the beet and pistachio salad. The ingredients in the salad tasted so fresh and the olive oil on top actually came all the way from Italy! The latte was incredible too, they use black and white coffee roaster beans and had dairy free milk for me! I sat at the bar and got to watch the two owners/chefs hand make all the food (which looked mouth watering!) right in front of me. They make all the pizzas in an oven they imported from Naples too! I highly recommend trying it out, I’ll definitely be going back on my own and with friends! Also bonus that the staff and owners were so kind and pleasant to chat with, the owners clearly love what they do. Probably best to go on a weekday because they said they get very busy on Saturday and there could be a long wait.

I had a wonderful experience at Caffè Faulisi today! We ordered the House Salad, Salumi (Spicy), Funghi, and a Manchester Fog with oat milk. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
The Salumi had a pleasant kick without overpowering the flavors, the Funghi was rich and aromatic—absolutely a must-try! The House Salad was refreshing and well-balanced, and the Manchester Fog was smooth and comforting, the perfect way to end the meal.
The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, and the service is warm and friendly. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian flavors and wood-fired dishes!

Ordered the red and blue pizza. It was a delicious unique toppings pizza. The blue cheese mixed with mozzarella had the perfect balance! Also ordered the tiramisu and it was scrumptious!

My husband and I really enjoy Faulisi Caffe. The food quality is excellent, and it gives you a European vibe. We also like purchasing European wines here, consistently finding unique bottles of wine and vermouths. However, I must admit that their operating hours are unconventional and not very convenient. Hopefully, someday Faulisi Caffe will offer full-day hours.

Faulisi Caffè & Enoteca, situated in the heart of downtown Cary, is a must-visit for lovers of wood‑fired pizza and thoughtful Italian fare. With its friendly atmosphere, high‑quality ingredients, wine corner, and warm service, it feels like a culinary home away from home.
Decorated with personal touches—family photos of owners Zach and Amber—the cafe feels like a true local gem.

This place is consistently fantastic. The quality of ingredients is a step above that of the other area restaurants, and everything tastes delicious, fresh, and clearly done by talented chefs. I so so wish their menu for lunch had a few more lunch friendly items, but I’m also sad they don’t do dinner. I have 1 recommendation for them: why not partner with Bond Brothers Brewery to do to-order pizza? It would be such an excellent source of revenue and maybe then you could do dinner? You’re one of the best restaurants in the area, I think you could triple your business if you just offered a few more lunch-friendly menu items that aren’t as big/heavy to eat. Anyway, I love your restaurant.

I ate for the first time here since only being home from Italy for 3 days and this pizza was better than almost every one that I had in Italy. The appetizers were phenomenal as well. Presentation 100/10. I only wish the appetizers were bigger, but that’s nothing against them. I just.. wanted more.
Staff was very friendly. The oven itself is beautiful. Service was great.
Would absolutely recommend coming here and eating anything and everything on the menu.

Overall Rating: 4.7/10
The food was decent, and the ambiance felt good and cozy. However, the cost seemed high relative to the quality and quantity received.
Margherita Pizza: 5.9/10
Well-cooked but notably simple in flavor. The crust was particularly disappointing, tasting like plain, slightly burnt dough without a dash of salt. While this might be their style, it came across as too basic.
Ricotta and House-Made Bread: 6.7/10
This dish stood out more positively, featuring basic yet quality ingredients. The cheese was notably good.
Gnocchi 4.4/10
It was quite underwhelming, tasting generic and lacking distinctiveness. It felt like something you could pick up from a grocery store without anyone noticing a difference.
Value: 2.1/10
Paying $48 for two appetizers and a pizza might not seem excessive at first glance, but charging $14 for the gnocchi portion didn’t match up with its perceived value, making it seem overpriced.

It was a nice sunny Friday evening. We were in the mood for some pizza. Decided to give this place a shot. Located near downtown Cary, a great location but awful parking options. We were lucky to find a spot, but after leaving we saw cars parked all over the street leaving barely any space for others to leave.
The wait was about 30 minutes for us to be seated, unsure if they take reservations but they had half staff and half tables and seats open.
The pizza itself took less than 10 minutes to arrive to us! And was very good. It is thin pizza with lots of flavor and a tiny bit of cheese.
The drinks were great as well, they had a lot of vermouth options which was refreshing as you don’t see it offered much in the area.
The lack of parking and slow service is why I give this a 4. But I would come back for sure.
