Opening this order was a slap in the face with the back of the hand to say the least. Actually I got slapped as a kid and it never was as bad… Ordered pasta bowl but delivery driver didn’t have any pasta in the pasta bowl or meat just a thin layer of cheese. Got pictures of the difference one bowl weights twice as much as another. And the first one is lower then what the website claims. The pizza was smaller then it claims too by an inch or more. Called in the store and the guy argued with me that the food is there. if I was the owner I’d fire the manager. The line cook and the driver. I’d sue them for sabotage after if that’s a thing. You work the job already might as well make the most out of it. Here I used to work part time in Domino’s in another state. best believe I tucked my shirt in and said thank you and your welcome. I got a tip working the register every day as a part time. didnt order in a long time so no way I offended anyone there to get this… Attached another bowl from pizza hut and this what I got look!

Smell like marijuana !!!!
I’m not going to name the day or a person. I can tell you it was a week ago.
Looking to get anyone let go but with definitely educate any employee smelling like that disgusting pot smelling marijuana and it be dealing with my food that is where I draw the line.
WE LOVE DOMINO’S BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ALL DRIVERS DO YOUR MARIJUANA ISOLATED ON YOUR OWN TIME AND MAKE SURE IT’S NOT IN YOUR VEHICLE.
IT’S AN AWFUL AWFUL SMELL AND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE TRYING TO EAT YOUR FOOD!

Don’t bother with this Domino’s. They most definitely cutting the toppings during the $9.99 deal. They must have stopped doing quality checks too because the pizza i just got was horrible. No sauce, dried out air bubbles hardly any toppings or cheese and I requested extra cheese and extra bacon.

If you are going to give me an attitude over the phone when I called to check on my order, that’s been out of the oven for 45 minutes and then tell me that you are “doing the best that you can.” You should hire more delivery drivers and not be rude to me over the phone when I ask you a simple question. You could also make sure that the app is not giving people the wrong time if you’re not able to actually get the order delivered when you say it’s going to be. You could have something on the app saying something about having low staff or minimal delivery drivers. Instead of making excuses and being rude to customers. This has happened more than once at this location so this will be my last order from Domino’s.

Terrible experience. just spoke to a female manager, who said there was no one higher than her. And there was no one I could escalate the issue to, even though I’ve reached out to customer care she would not give me the name of her superior . I ordered two large pizzas months ago.(so long ago I don’t remember the date at this point.) both of the pizzas were wrong. I was told I could get a credit when I called back. When I reached back out to get the pizzas on credit, There was no information of me ordering. I reached out to the same female manager twice and customer care. They both have done nothing to replace the money I spent on the two large pizzas. Again, the female manager refused to give me anyone higher than her saying the manager that’s above her bounces around from store to store and she never knows when she will see him. Not to mention the person who answered the phone looked up my information and said my credit expired so I don’t know who’s telling the truth and who is not so whoever is the manager on September 21 at 8:30 is who was rude and refused to give me her superior I didn’t even get her name. She basically hung the phone up on me.

This is my first time going there. I ordered online and drove through and I am not happy with ordering! The pizza is very dry, with not enough cheese, sauce, and meats! I requested extra items, and they said if I wanted extra items, then the pizza would burn. Really?! They say I am sorry and will take it back or remake it. I’ve ordered it a few times at different places, and it was perfect, and I enjoyed it. Am I going there again? I don’t think so!

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with this Dominos, however I have finally had a positive time at this establishment. My pizza had been wrong, and Chris was so kind on the phone and offered to remake it for me. It was one of the best pizzas I have had and he went above and beyond to fulfill my order. I will definitely be returning if this service keeps up.

Domino’s was my hero today, I left for work in a rush this morning so I didn’t have time to eat beforehand. All morning at work my stomach was cramping from not eating so I ordered pizza before 11am and it was delivered so quickly. Let me tell you, that piece of pie was so fresh and warm, a sigh of blissful satisfaction escaped me. Domino’s at Reidville road, your morning team rocks! I appreciate you all so much and the delivery driver was so pleasant and friendly, absolutely amazing!!!

The service is friendly and fast and consistently inaccurate. We are forced to use apps to get discounts to place detailed orders and they refuse to read simple directions like pie cut instead of square cut or well-done or lightly baked.

Made an order on the website, the order tracker said that my food was ready so I pulled up to the drive-thru window and I sat there….and I sat there….and I sat there. Employees walking by I made eye contact with a few of them but just completely ignored.
So I called into the store and I asked a manager can someone come please hand me my pizza he said they’re very busy and I said that’s all well and fine but I’ve paid for my pizza and my pizza is sitting there all someone has to do is grab the pizza hand it to me and I can go.
I’m the type of person once I get bad service I won’t come back.
Do better.
