This is just your average chicken finger place. I’ve seen it many of times and decided to stop. The DT speaker must be busted because I could barely hear the person taking my order. As he took my order he messed up on half of the order but it’s no biggie. Overall the service at the DT window was ok, nothing too exciting or worth backflipping over. The food again, was ok. The chicken fingers are very small for the price we paid. The sauce isn’t the best they referred to the sauce as being similar to Canes sauce. It wasn’t even close.

The chicken is good with a good texture, but is a bit bland. It’s not as good as Raising Cane’s but arguably better than Zaxby’s. The fries are almost as good as Zaxby’s but I think I prefer them over Cane’s fries. I really like the Magoo sauce. It’s a little more creamy than most similar sauces. The biggest issue is probably the price. It’s a a good $1-3 more for a meal here than the sane thing at another similar place.
Overall I thought it was good. I still prefer the other two places but this is a solid alternative that I’d definitely go to again if it were in my area.

Very nice place.
To be honest I didnt know this franchise but is very good.
I went a sunday at 4 pm and there were plenty of room.
A lot of parking, the place clean, the people very kind, I order the 3 tenders combo spicy sauce with iced tea and a banana pudin.
The order was very fast and the food was delicious. I recommend this place a lot.

The food was fresh, nicely portioned, and seasoned. I love that the tenders coating as well as the chicken itself was seasoned. The signature sauce was good too: think of Canes with a Cajun kick. The watermelon tea was chef’s kiss.
I’ll definitely stop back by when in McComb.

I usually eat here every chance we get. The food is always good but today the chicken strips were on point. Very juicy and cooked to perfection!! Thank you especially to Mrs Ann for the great service and so kind the whole time. She works here at the McComb store, come in and if your lucky enough to get her when you order, just know you will have a great experience!

I ordered a 7 piece tender meal. They allow you to choose two flavors when ordering certain size meals, so I ordered half “lemon pepper” and the other half “garlic parmesan”. I, personally, enjoyed the lemon pepper tenders more than the garlic parmesan. The garlic parmesan ones seemed to be a bit excessive in flavoring in my opinion. The lemon pepper were definitely still lemon peppery, but just slightly more mild or subtle. They weren’t over-powering like the others. The fries were hot and crispy. The house sauce is great with the tenders. I ordered my meal to go, but there is plenty of seating inside and it appears to be fairly clean when I visited. The employees weren’t super friendly or inviting really, more of an over-tone of annoyance to be there from my point of view. Two versions of tea (sweet tea and a watermelon tea) were out & unavailable when I went to the drink station to fill my drink cup. The food made up for it. I’d order from here again, based on my first visit, but there are a couple things that would make the visit more pleasant.

Used to loved this place a couple years ago. Ordered a 10 piece grilled tender meal today and received what could hardly pass for nuggets. Looked like 3ish tenders had been chopped into 10 bits to make a “10 piece”, which I believe is exactly what happened. Payed $20 for not even 4oz of chicken.

1st time eating at Huey Magoo’s Chicken. The billboard says only the top 3% of chicken is good enough for you. And the world’s best chicken tenders. Frankly, the chicken was ok. Nothing special. Tasted about like Zaxby’s chicken. My husband had the tenders and I had a sandwich. Both were ok. Fries were very soggy. Banana pudding, which we were told, is made from scratch daily was EXTRA SWEET!!!!

Good chicken tenders but a bit less effective than other tender options. Really don’t like a fast food restaurant pan handling me for tips when paying. This is not that kind of restaurant. Charging for a cup to put water in is a bit much…maybe I could’ve traded my coleslaw for that instead of a different sauce.
