I ordered the Biggie Bag…. 2 double cheeseburger, fries & a drink to for take out. Spend $7.97 for cold old food. Both hamburgers were cold with stale buns. One wrapper even had dried mustard on it. I hope they didn’t take it out of the garbage can because it sure looked like it. A pure waste of money . I quit going there several years ago now this is another reason you won’t see me in there EVER again. I’ll be happy to travel to the Hardee’s in Courtland . Franklin Hardee’s should be closed. Oh where would the senior old men go to check out the women walking in the door that sit in there by the door booths. Please do better ( much better) Hardee’s

Tried the new maple biscuits. Smaller than I was expecting and absolutely drowned in sugar icing. Scraped most of the icing off and they were still too sweet. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was just so so. Staff was very nice and kept me aware of my orders time for delivery…. ordered the 4 pack and apparently they didn’t have any ready to go, so they had to make my order up. Didn’t mind waiting because I thought they would be really good and fresh but

I had the rudest employee of my experience here at drive thru. No training in custom service, no ability to place one at ease or clarify issues. Constantly on the cell phone. Other employee was even more unprofessional. These were young people. No mature adult present. I did not wait for food! Sad situation.

Came in to use the bathroom, No toilet paper. No paper towels. Stranded. I called the store. They hung up on me when I tried to speak to them. Had to call my mother in law to bring me toilet paper. Was going to buy milkshakes, but not after I was ignored and had to supply my own toilet paper. Won’t make the same mistake again. Hope whoever hung up on me, also suffers the same fate.

Food was meh. We probably will stick to breakfast if we order from here again. My husband ordered some sandwiches that required bacon. He put in the order about 10 min prior to arriving at the store. Then, he sat in the lobby waiting about 30 min after they knew of his presence for them to tell him that they didn’t have bacon and they hadn’t even started on his order yet. They were nice about it and gave him a couple of hand pies for his time.
Please be advised that this was a mobile order. His phone number is attached to his account and other places that we use mobile apps to order call when they don’t have something to modify the order or find substitutions. This didn’t happen. Instead my husband was waiting 30 min for a really easy order that could’ve probably been modified and made in less than 5 minutes. All I can say is wow.
