When you are looking for some ice cream, or a hot burger straight off the grill, go to Arrow Queen! All the staff is very nice, and they accommodate the New Carlisle Elementary School 4th & 5th graders on a special feild trip every year. As well as that, they hold a concert and open mic every fireworks night in town!

I was completely ignored at the window for some odd reason and as soon as I decided to walk away they immediately opened the window and took the next person’s order. Wasted my time and apparently I did something to these people? Not sure, but it seemed like they didn’t like me. I didn’t speak to anyone, just waited in like until it was my turn. The window was shut in my face as soon I went to say hello, and the girl walked away and was just telling stories in the back sipping on a drink. It was like I wasnt even there lol. I know they’re just teenagers but that was a wild experience. I’ll never go back.

We really like Arrow Queen. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The food is good and fresh.
You are treated like family here. It’s always fun seeing what new ice cream or food adventures are going to happen. Along with the regular items, there are local favorites also.

Very nice clean place to take your children to for an ice cream. They also have a good variety of food on their menu which is always always good hot fresh. The employees that work there are very knowledgeable, and very friendly.. they have been very exceptional for the past 3 years that I have been going there

The waffle cone chip sundae was absolutely amazing! I got mine with hot fudge and carmel and it was delicious!! Love this place! The fruity pebbles cyclone is also another great one!

This small town ice cream shop has been around for as long as I can remember. Though the menu has changed over the years (and improved, IMO), the quality of service has remained the same. The employees have always been respectful, friendly, and fast. That says a lot about the owners of this quaint little shop.
Additionally, they are always looking to improve and add to the menu. When they add new items to the menu, they always reach out to their patrons for feedback. It is apparent that they care about what they do and truly want the business to succeed in the best way possible, not just for themselves but for their employees and the community as well.
Oh, and one last thing, they don’t price gouge! As the cost of everything has gone up over the years, they’ve managed to stay more than competitive.
Arrow Queen truly is a staple for this little town, and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to watch it succeed and grow.
