Bad experience,I went in the table was dirty,but I ask the lady to correct it and she did,the floors was dirty also,I asked for grits with cheese ,I was served cold grits with a big sliced of cheese that was cold I always visit waffle House and they always serve me grits with the cheese always melted I was shocked that the grits wasn’t made the way I wanted them to be served also some of the ladies didn’t have on hair nets!!!!!! The lady didn’t apologize for the cold food ,I charged it to the game.I also took pictures of the food…I thank the server for making my breakfast morning go great,we even tip her a $3.00 tip…..One of the cooks that made my cheese grits look at me like she did it on purpose she would not feed her self that or her kids if she had some ,she didn’t care she just made my food sloppy,she needs to care about people food like how she would eat her food….so sad food service like why would u serve that food like that sooo sloppy!!!!!! I don’t think she cares about making people food fresh…also they had flies in the building maybe because of the food they had at least five of them flying around ,I know it’s hot ….. the flies nooo way……ALSO IT WAS A PIECE OF EGG SHELL LEFT ON THE PLATE ZOOM ON THE PICTURE WITH THE PLATE WITH NOTHING ON THERE

I like stopping at Waffle houses when I travel, I love the food and service. But I stopped at a waffle House in West Point, Mississippi that was horrible, it was nasty, service was the worst, staff leaning on tables and brought our food and no silverware, when asked Mr. Clark gave us plastic take out instead of real silverware, he did not want to communicate anymore than what he too. I wished there was some management was there for me to talk too but we didn’t see any. Just beware of this place in West point Mississippi.

I stopped in heading to Biloxi and had my kids with me so we thought we eat there. We walked in and was NOT greeted. We sat and got our drinks but no silverware. We watched 4 other people walk in, get greeted, got orders taken and we got not even a second thought by anyone so we left and said we wouldn’t be back. This was Saturday, 27th of September. I won’t be back and I will stay with the Waffle Houses that I do know when I travel!

The waitress in here was very rude. Acted like she was doing us a favor, waiting on us and grunting every time she had to bring us something she brought us our silverware inside a cup of water, which was very disturbing. Why would you put people silverware in a glass of water and bring it out to them? there were four of us and our breakfast all came out at different times my sister sat there for five minutes with her sausage, but no eggs or waffles that she had ordered then they brought the waffles in about five minutes later they brought the eggs very disorganized will not go back to that restaurant very dirty

The service was good however the quality of food did NOT match the cost. Why have gravy and biscuits on the menu if you do know how to make them. The eggs were not cooked. And who does an up charge of 20% for take out orders?!?? Do you want to go out of business?!? Geeeezzzz…anywhooo… Next time we’ll eat at Jacks! Their food is so much better and less expensive.
