Ok my wife we had to try because they have a really good special on Tuesday BOGO and WOW loaded with ingredients huge sausage chunks and very tasty pizza! I recommend and will try you again next week! But looks like you have a new customer!

It’s unfortunate this place is getting to be very inconsistent with their quality. I order from them because it’s across the street from me but the inconsistency and immature behavior within the restaurant is forcing me to go elsewhere.
I pay for three toppings. One of three is about non-existent. The bread is in on the edge of well done which I didn’t request.
The worst part about it is when I walk in to pick up there are ALWAYS one + persons standing around goofing off. Do better.

Tonight was our first time having Marco’s Pizza. We ordered one large with original crust and one large with thick crust. They made both of them thick crust. We asked for extra sauce on both our pizzas, there was no extra sauce on either. We asked for two sauces with our bread sticks we got one tiny cup of sauce. The bread sticks seemed like they were pre cooked and sat around and became hard(not sure if they were pre cooked, that’s just how ours were given to us) The pepperoni was undercooked, I think pepperoni should be more crispy. The girl at the counter was nice but she should probably open the boxes in front of the customer and double check the order before the customer pays for it. I’m glad there is no tip option on the credit card slips. Tipping is for delivery only, damn COVID messed that up . Now restaurants that have you stand at a counter waiting for your food want you to tip. I appreciate that Marco ‘s understands that is not the way it is supposed to be. Although I did see a tip jar. I doubt I’ll ever order from Marco’s again but I thought I’d give it a shot and I wasn’t impressed. If you check my Google reviews almost all of the reviews I give are positive, I’m not just a “Karen or Ken” that likes to complain. I’m just giving constructive criticism. They often don’t cut the pizza at all. Most of the time their delivery driver has gone home. I’ll admit it is a decent pizza for a reasonable price but the service from

This is the mess of a pizza that was delivered to us. The garlic butter broke in the box and it is a greasy disaster now. It was dripping on the floor as soon as it came out of the delivery girls bag. BUT the worst part is that the management will do NOTHING about this! They won’t deliver us a new pizza and won’t give us a refund. We have to wait until TOMORROW to talk to the Real manager. Are you kidding?? What kind of pizza joint are you running? They offered us a discount on our next pizza but can’t do anything about it tonight. You’ve definitely lost some customers!

The pizza is good but the service sucks. Went here after a long day of work. I went to the counter to grab my online pizza order. I could clearly see if on the rack in front of me. There were 7 workers and not a single one helped me out for 5 minutes. Even the ones that looked at me. I almost went around the counter to just grab it.

Missing items and incorrect items plague this location. There is absolutely no quality control here. Multiple orders this year. 1 has been correct. Done with this place.

When Marco’s first came around, we switched from Old Chicago and loved their pizza. However, it seems like it just keeps getting worse as time goes on. They are constantly changing their cheese randomly and the people making the pizzas are very inconsistent and don’t seem to care at all. Sometimes my pizza is overflowing with cheese and sauce to the point i can’t hardly eat it, next time I’m wondering if they forgot the sauce and the cheese. Crust quality is all over the place. I sent concerns directly to Marco’s only to never get a response or hear back. You be the judge and check out the pizzas I got tonight… barely any topping, cheese is missing on half of the pizza, barely any sauce plus they forgot the garlic parmesan crust.. disappointing because when it is made right, it is pretty good..

Had to order after having Marcos in NC. I was Very disappointed asked for garlic crust nope neither pizzas had it , got cheesy bread said no to ranch and checked garlic didn’t receive garlic received ranch, no icing for cinnamon rolls. We had to also heat up pizza when we got home (we live 5 miles away).
