My husband stopped in to order his sandwich & he always goes in b/c he likes to watch them make his sandwich b/c “they don’t wear gloves” so he goes in to tell them to wear gloves – it depends on who’s working majority of time there’s always a lady at the register that’s just straight rude – like she doesn’t want to be there – once he gets his sandwich it’s good & fresh but the act of Congress you have to go through is ridiculous – but I waited outside with our baby & took a few photos with my new Meta glasses while we waited as you can see it wasn’t very much traffic coming through .

Today I was in the area and wanted a chicken wrap so I stop at Bugsr king on wardline and I ordered a #8 which was 2 chicken wraps ,fries and drink which the total came up to be $12.02 which I found out to be very expensive for a chicken wrap. The fries were ok and so was the drink but the chicken wraps were cold, soaked with honey mustard with a nasty taste. I was so upset that I couldn’t bare to eat the other one so I threw it away. $12 was thrown down the drain on the account of Burger King on Wardline

This location has recently been remodeled. The building is nice . The bathroom is ok .the out side of the building is neat and clean . The service is a hit and miss you may or may not get fast friendly service.
Same with the food . The general food and service is about like most all Burger King locations . This spot is no different. It is very convenient off i55 so if you need a quick stop then this is a ok stop.

Food was decent however the onion rings were very mushy. Service was TERRIBLE. The lady at the drive through was clearly very pissed off and wasn’t pleasant with us at the slightest. The Burger King near Ponchatoula is much better than whatever this was.

Management is abhorrent! I honestly feel bad for the workers who have to work here. I could imagine trying to run a full kitchen with only two people, especially ones who clearly haven’t been trained at all. I didn’t even bother to get food after waiting 5-10 minutes at the counter, and as I was leaving the girl I assume was the manager or team lead walked out and if I had a DoorDash; after saying “No” she simply walked back inside.

Open hours are incorrect on here and the app. Made a mobile order and when I got there the place was closed. Mind you it was late at night but Google said it was open and the app allowed me to make the order. Google even said the hours of operation were confirmed a couple weeks prior.

Pull up, order pull around.

Girl yelling out the second window for me to stop at the first window. Which is blacked out and has no indication of use.

Finally, she starts yelling at me to pull up.

I get to the window and asked why she asked me to stop. “you would be on my timer”.

I asked, “So you stopped me because y’all are slow?” She kinda awkwardly grinned and I told them they got problems and I left.

Y’all can eat the cost of that shake and hopefully some boss somewhere reads this and figures out why you are the ONLY fast food option on this strip without a line…. It ain’t cause of how fast y’all are.

Very disrespectful management was very rude and didn’t meet the needs of my service using profanity in front of customers is not acceptable at no establishment my fries was cold I ask for fresh ones and was taunted she got my cold fries and poured them back into the place where the fries go

Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes at 12:05pm on August 20th with no acknowledgement and nobody to take my order. Said excuse me to the one person bagging up orders and acted like I was not heard. I left without getting anything.
