I placed an online order for delivery to be sent to my mother and kids (I was out of town) and when their order arrived the pizza we received was totally not what we ordered. We received sausage pizza instead of the stuffed crust pepperoni and pepperoni pizzas we had originally ordered. When I called to file a complaint absolutely nothing was done about assisting me with rectifying the situation. We couldn’t eat the pizza we received as we do not like or eat sausage,it was thrown out! Customer service is sub par at most and this is one of the busiest locations around.

Accessibility: I think the only accessible/disabled parking spots are at the beginning of the parking lot, a few doors down. The ramp is also here. The door to enter is a pull door, and once inside it is very well lit and lots of space inside.
Experience: I LOVE the Halloween decorations this store put up! The store looks so cute. I also like that this store is very spacious inside. The employees are nice and they were wearing their masks. The pizza was hot and delicious!

Really disappointed. Was excited to try the newer store and got something simple. Cheese pizza and pepperoni. The cheese had no sauce and was undercooked no cheese in some areas on top and was super thin. Never wasting my money here again.

Aaron is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Working in customer service myself as a manager, I would never allow my staff to talk and treat people the way he has. This is now the third time interacting with him and he is the same way every time. I asked to speak to his manager and apparently they were not there. He either needs some more training or to be fired. Im surprised there hasn’t been and physical alterations with him, especially his demeanor towards women. Absolutely disgusting. Doubt he talks to men like that. Definitely not be returning to this location. Oh and he loves to wear an orange floppy hat, again unprofessional.

MAN IF CAN DO NO STAR AND LEAVE A REVIEW I WOULD I PAID &57 and pizza was not hot enough to be a hot and ready tasting like card board box and wing were very burnt and this will be my last if i didnt have kids waiting to eat i could’ve got fresh if i complained but i chose to get home and deal with it tomorrow with manager and didn’t even get a receipt im so upset with this location and they always closing down shop 20 min before the time to be closed
