Just don’t go here. Close down already or the health department needs to go in there and shut you down. Consistently old food is served, the mayo taste like it was sour, the lettuce speaks for itself. If you want to get sick, have at it. This is the WORST MANAGED bk in the area. The GM should be fired, and every manager should be taught proper food temps and stock rotations. Besides the health risk, the staff can never get an order right. Please close your doors you’re an embarrassment

Restaurant is severely short staffed, they only take 1 order @ a time meaning they won’t take your order until the order in front of your car of you is made. Meaning standing there for 6 minutes til they actually take your order. Not fast food. We had mobile order, obviously it was messed up, they quickly corrected- check your sandwiches/ make sure order is complete. No carry out/ indoor is closed.

So, I’ve always received good food and service from this location. But tonight, I had the absolute best Whopper sandwich that I think I ever had, anywhere. For real, I’m about to go back through the drive-through and get another sandwich. Whoever is cooking these sandwiches tonight needs to be promoted and needs to train like every cook at Burger King. This burger was definitely “King” status, no cap.
UPDATE: I went back through and got a second sandwich, which was better than the first. Go to this spot if you want food that you’d expect from Burger King.

This Burger King is at a location that is just-off-the-highway convenient, yet I haven’t been here in the five years or so since they opened. My initial impression is everything still looks new and clean. The dining area seating arrangement is somewhat unusual compared to other BK locations but there is something for most groups of diners. The food is pretty much standard for BK. Service was fast and efficient, although the manager had to take over when the cashier didn’t know how to apply a coupon. Overall, it’s a decent BK. Not the closest one to me but I wouldn’t mind stopping here again.

The staff is the main problem at this BK. They are quite rude and disorderly. I have ordered from them 2 in 1 month and had bad experience both the times.

First time I got chocolate milkshake, and it was literally not blended. Apparently, the mixture was old too so it had ice up. It’s simple as one of the employees not taking the time to mix the shake properly.

Second time, I had an issue with an mobile order. I gave my name at the drive thru speaker, but they asked me to repeat my order multiple times at the window. What’s the point of mobile order???

HOWEVER, the manager lady seemed nice enough to assure me that she will resolve the first issue.

Eh. Staff wasnt paying attention to my order, too busy talking to each other and/or on their phones, so they got it wrong twice. And I wasn’t even in the drive through, I walked in. Not that I blame them though. I’m sure fast food doesn’t pay their staff well enough to care, but still- compared to other fast food restaurants this place is 3 stars at best.

We went to the drive thru and our order was totally wrong and due to them being drive thru only we had to wait in line to get it corrected. When the lady handed it to us I checked it before pulling away and it was still wrong. Handed it back and the lady was rude. Waited and got my burger for the 3rd time and it still isn’t right. I called back to make a complaint and the lady was very rude! Worst Burger King I have ever been to.
