I had lower than average expectations for this place. However, the burger was good, the kids chicken tenders were ok (kids liked them), the steak tasted better than it looked (but it looked pretty sad for a 21 dollar steak), and the waitress was nice. My real grip is that it took over an hour to get our food and then it came out piece meal; they were not even busy. The kids were frustrated and hungry as 8:30 rolled around. When I complained at the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do about it. This place has potential if it were run like a real restaurant but it is under staffed; from what I could tell they did not even have anyone cleaning up tables (each table was sat at only once and left till they closed). Anyway, I suggest ordering a pizza from else where and just eating it at the cafe where they make coffee.

Very convenient while staying at the hotel, but the service is pretty poor and the staff clearly didn’t take pride in their work. We were first here when they opened around 5pm with my wife and three kids aged 2, 5, and 7.
The table was dirty and our server kept forgetting to come back to clean it. They didn’t bring placemats to color for the kids and though our server said she’d bring it out, after 10min I just went to the front and got them. The person at the front wasn’t terribly friendly about it. The place was empty so unclear why the service was so slow and our server so forgetful. Server forgot to bring my wife and my waters and also gave my daughter the wrong dish and forgot the ketchup and overall was just slow to get us everything. She was nice enough, just terribly interested in doing well at her job or maybe bad training.
There are TVs in a few of the themed booths, but the show wasn’t put on full screen and still had the menu options up. Another example of the staff and restaurant not appearing to care.
Anyway, the food was good enough and the atmosphere is clearly geared towards kids and right outside of the restaurant is an area for the kids to play which is very nice.

Food was good, but there was a limited menu. Noah our server was great, but there were only one or maybe two servers. 90% of the tables were not sat and there was a 25 minute wait even though I only saw two tables with guests. Fairly odd. Once we got the food it was good and hot. My burger was overdone, but the fries were hot and crispy.

Waitress was very nice, but it took 20 minutes for drinks & over an hour for food. We were only 1 of 3 tables so they were not busy at all. Seems there is not enough staff. I’m disappointed in the food. Almost a whole container of pepper on our fries. Tots were dripping in grease and all stuck together as a ball. My potstickers were hard & were like biting into a ball of salt. The soy sauce had half an inch of salt added. My daughter used 2 hands to bite and pull the chicken, it was very rubbery. Food was not hot. Very expensive for food that was not good. Spent $60 plus tip for the 3 of us. Only giving 2 stars for the waitress and character meet.

As a hotel guest taking in the whole CN experience, my family enjoyed a fun dinner overall. Our 6 year old had a blast watching the cartoon characters “make chaos in the kitchen” as advertised. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Two costumed characters came through the dining room too. Being a Sunday night, business was slower and number of staff matched it but service pace was okay.
Food is presented very cleverly, though a little underwhelming taste-wise. My only real disappointment was a lack of vegetarian dishes (aside from Beyond Burgers) as of our visit July 2022. However I enjoyed a tasty, summery cocktail called the Lancaster Mule and cheesecake dessert.
**TIP: If you’re a weekday hotel guest planning your dining, I strongly recommend calling ahead to check current hours. I suspect the website is not updated regularly.**

First- The atmosphere and decor is fun and immersive with all the fun of Cartoon Network. Don’t miss the action in the “kitchen”.
Second- the food is quite good and the theming of the dishes to the shows and characters adds to the fun of the menu.
The Bacon Pancakes (insert here) are a great sweet and salty mix and not to be missed at breakfast.
Also- The Amazing World of Brussel Sprouts. Yum.
Third- the great service and friendliness we received from the staff was awesome. Big shout out to Noah who was our breakfast AND dinner server today. We had a great experience.

The menu is nothing like what I found online ahead of time. My 11 yo and I were looking forward to the Marceline salad, but they actually don’t have a single vegetable on the menu. They didn’t even have celery to accompany the boneless chicken wings. All out of iced tea and fruit punch. The staff was awesome and rushing around doing their best. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen. It was affordable but nothing special at all. Take the kids to Friendly’s across the street instead!

Should have read the reviews before we came. Took 30 minutes for anyone to take our order. Over an hour for food.. just chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese and only a couple tables on a Sunday night. Waitress was not friendly or seemed to care about the wait. Food not great. Would not recommend- which is unfortunate could be a good place with kids with the theme

Waited for an hour and a half, served adult food before kids food, had to ask the hostess to actually wait on our table. This place is run like a restaurant that’s never been in operation before.
Also my friend may have gotten sick from eating the pork.

The menu is basically non existent. The service was terrible and it was not busy AT ALL when we went, so no excuse. The adults in our group ordered take out for pickup on our way back to our hotel because there was literally nothing on the “adult” menu besides a burger and desserts. Even the kids’ food wasn’t great. Fries were lukewarm and the chicken tenders were not great quality. We expected a fun and kid-friendly experience and it wasn’t that AT ALL.
