Friendly, helpful staff. Great vibe. Calm, peaceful atmosphere for getting work done, a quick lunch with friends or a coffee date.
They have great hours and are open into the evening. Their options change frequently so it’s worth stopping in to see what’s new. Today I tried the new Carmel protein latte and it was fantastic. This years teacher gifts came with a Starbucks gift card because every teacher deserves a delicious cup of coffee, a refresher, tea or a bakery item.

Worst Starbucks. They consistently do not mix the syrups into Lattes or cold brews. I have asked for it to be stirred and it is 50/50 whether it happens. If you complain they will remake it but it continues to he an issue on the next visit. I was so excited to finally have a non Dunkin in Belchertown and end up with this supreme let dowm. I drive all the way into Ludlow when I can.

This is the only Starbucks location I’ve been to that every single visit, without fail- they don’t mix the syrup into the drinks. It sits at the bottom completely unincorporated.. every single time. It’s really disappointing.

Was close to swearing off Starbucks just hasn’t been right. Went to this location and they definitely didn’t disappoint! The staff was wonderful and made absolute perfect product! Found a new location will be coming back often.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Assistant Manager Max at this location! During a storm with tornado warnings and torrential downpours, Max ran outside to take down the patio umbrellas before they could blow away. While others might have ignored the risk, Max acted quickly and responsibly to protect company property.
Every time I come here, Max goes the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. His responsibility, awareness, and attention to detail are truly impressive. This is just one more example of the dedication he brings to his job. This company is lucky to have someone like Max on the team!

I’ve tried this starbucks on several occasions and I think I have had one hit and every other time has been a miss.
They constantly have issues with their computer system. I never get my points from there with my app and when I question it they shrug and say it’s their system.
I always order a iced white mocha and they never ask me about whipped cream so then I get stuck with whipped cream that I didn’t want. Because I admit I forget because I try to mobile order but haven’t been able to here due to driving. Two days in a row this just happened then when I questioned it the girl admitted she’s supposed to ask. But it was two different girls this happened with.
I was also told that you can’t order a London fog iced latte through the drive through because it takes too long to make. So I shifted to my normal order because I felt rushed to make a decision.
The team here seems to be fumbling about and needs better training.

I have only been here once & did not actually go inside of the establishment, so I just wanted to mention that before continuing my review! I hadn’t tried this location because I don’t usually visit the town very often, except when passing through…so I decided to stop by the drive thru on my way home from my daughter’s dentist appointment that was out in Amherst recently. I saw the iced cherry chai on their menu & being a huge fan of chai & also liking cherry, it was an easy choice! Usually I’ll get a coffee (hot or iced) or frappuccino. Anyhow, I placed my order at the speaker & the employee assisting me was very friendly, pleasant & well mannered. My drink was made in a timely fashion & it was delicious! Believe it cost almost $6 for a tall size (which is what I ordered & a small) but well worth it! Just a heads up to anyone reading this, Starbucks sizes are as follows: To order a small, request “tall” as I just mentioned previously. A medium would be a “venti” & large is “grande”. For those who can’t remember this or simply prefer to just order a small, medium, or large that’s perfectly acceptable here also! They have plenty of customers who choose not to use the Italian sizes, which is fine! Great drink & great service. I’ll definitely be back again soon! It’s nice to have a Starbucks that’s not an hour or more away like most are!

No matter what time or day the kindness and respect this Starbucks brings is amazing. Evan and Kanyin have been nothing but kind and understanding every time I have walked into this store. They truly know how to do their job, and how to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied. For two young adults they do an amazing job and are extremely respectful and supportive to everyone.
