Their chicken is super dry and extremely small portions. These are like snacks for children. We just got a door dash order and the portions are ridiculous. We will go to Clarksburg from now on. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this location. We ordered a 3 PC combo and a 12 piece nugget combo. Not to forget the mention the sauce is are only filled halfway in the tiny little tub they give.

We’ve ordered from here many times, and usually when a mistake is made its something small- we don’t get sauce packets, or someone forgot utensils and straws… tonight, our entire order was just wrong. $4 for cheese curds, and we got a total of 6. My wife ordered hot honey tenders and got Nashville hot, which was way too spicy. Im just glad I ordered more than I usually do and was able to give her some of my food. This is inexcusable, and reflects a clear drop in quality over time.

Had a problem with them getting my order wrong. I called and spoke with James the manager. He was so professional, he remembered us being there and apologized for the problem. We then came in a couple day’s later to pick up our replacement order. He made me forget how mad I was the night the problem happen. I have to admit he was so helpful and I will eat there again. I placed a DoorDash order for a chicken big box for two thighs and a drum, but received the exact opposite. The chicken was extremely dry and burnt, lacking flavor except for the burnt fryer oil. I attempted to contact the store via phone, only to discover that the line was disconnected. I will not be making any future purchases from this establishment.

Went to use the special on line that gave you $5 off of a $10 special with phone order but they said the phone app. didn’t work so I didn’t get the extra $5 off. The chicken was old and didn’t have the wonderful KFC flavor. Very disappointed

The last two times I have ordered I have been missing food. When I called the first time they said I could come back within a month to have it replaced. And when I go back not only did they not give me the food I was missing the first time but then don’t give me all my food for the new order.

I ordered $50 worth of food from this place. The food wasn’t bad, but the half gallon of tea was disgusting. It was rotten, you could smell how bad it was it was disgusting. How they got away with giving this out is beyond me. But the smell in itself says rotten tea.
