Just had such a good Jersey Mikes sandwich. I go to this location to pick up lunch every now and then. The employees here always get me right. I order a #44 buffalo chicken and man it’s always fire. Whoever’s on that grill, keep it up. Bread is fresh, order is correct, and they always greet you when you walk through the door. Fast, friendly, and good customer service.

The ultimate lunch break location. I work just down the road so I come here almost every day and the hospitality could not be better. They know me by name/order and never fail to deliver a perfect sandwich. Some may overlook this but in the middle of the work day sometimes all you want is a warm(or cold) meal prepared with passion for the customer, that’s exactly what the crew at this Jersey Mike’s provide every time. Ordered 2 giant subs, buffalo chicken cheesesteak with extra cheese and a philly cheesesteak with extra cheese. The subs weren’t cut into fourths and the meat in both subs was less than usual and just not made well. This is our usual Jersey Mike’s location. Tonight was subpar. Delivery through Door Dash was the best part of the order.

My husband and I just returned from picking up our order that we placed on the app, where my husband included a request for a joke to be written on his bag. Not only was my sandwhich falling apart to the point I needed a fork to eat it, but the joke they included was just to insult my order that they didn’t even properly put together. This was our first time going to this location and we will not be returning.

Ask for the breadless option – unwich. They asked me what kind of bread I wanted. They don’t have that, okay I want a bowl. They slice the cheese and ham so thin u could read through it. They started to chop the ham/chz. No no no. U have to ask for a spiral. Last time I got one of these I had 6-9 spirals. Ask for it mikes way… didn’t notice til I sat down that there were no onions or tomatoes. Then diet soda option was out.

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is terrible. Last week I made a to go order online. I was very specific in my requests. When it showed up there was nothing on my sandwich besides meat and cheese (I ordered it Mikes Way). In a (stupid) show of faith I ordered delivery again today. My sandwiches were incorrect,
My boyfriend asked for no lettuce and obviously that didn’t happen either. It’s not just the sandwiches that were wrong either. I ordered two bottled sodas and neither of them were correct. They seem to not care about much of anything. I never leave bad reviews but this is beyond ridiculous. If you live in the area and want Jersey Mikes location, forget this place exists and drive to the one on Dorsey. They get it right every.single.time.
