Buyer be warned, if Dominos messes up and forgets to deliver an item they’ll become extremely hostile and do everything in their power to not refund your order.
I’ve worked in the food service industry and fully understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Normally it’s no big deal and the store just refunds your money. That didn’t happen today.
The employee that answered the phone was hostile from the beginning. They acted like me calling for a refund was a huge inconvenience to them. They looked up my order and first tried to say that I got my item. I had to insist that they didn’t give me what I paid for. Then the employee finally agreed that they missed the item, but only gave me the option to either drive to the store to pick up the item (which completely defeats the purpose of me paying a delivery fee to have the food delivered), or a store credit. They refused to refund my money because they claimed it wasn’t possible to refund a single item.
After I insisted they refund my card the employee set the phone down to talk to another employee. At that point they called me a bunch of derogatory names and said they were just going to hang up on me. Then the employee picked up the phone and said they refunded me. I asked for their name and they immediately hung up the phone. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer.
If the managers of the store see this, the employee sounded like they were new because they didn’t know how to operate the system and had an effeminate voice. You should probably look into this as I doubt I’m the only customer that is receiving terrible service from them.
To the extremely rude employee, you should probably make sure that you put the phone on hold or at least walk away before running your mouth about a customer.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this store anytime in the near future. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that actually want the business and provide good customer service.

Ordered New York Style & well done. Got very doughy, underbaked, not New York style. My wife could not eat it. I ate 3 pieces just to not waste $24.00. We decided never to order from Dominoes again. Not worth it.

I canceled my order at this Domino’s after witnessing an employee eating on the line and licking their fingers before handling pizza dough without washing their hands. As someone with ServSafe food safety training, I know this is a serious hygiene concern. When I called to cancel, the employee said, “I hope you have a better day,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I’ve reported this to corporate and the Douglas County Health Department so it can be properly reviewed.

It’s Pizza! They’ve come a long way into he past few years and we’ve come to enjoy it when we want pizza. Flavors good, hot, and plenty of toppings. Pizza has been regularly on time and the bakers are attentive when people come in the door. We always pick up so not sure how delivery is. This 5/5 is based on it being a fast pizza place, not that its the best pizza we’ve ever had. 🙂

Ordered a simple pizza. The app shows that it came out of the oven nearly an hour ago but it still hasn’t left the store. I called and they said it’s on its way but that was a while ago and the app keeps pushing back the delivery time. Don’t waste your time or money on this store.

We have two Domino’s locations near us. One is very close, and the other one, this one, is slightly further. This one is better. It is worth the extra drive. They’re pizza is always hot and made well and with care.

Took over 80 mins to get our food delivered. I called two different times to find out where our food was. The first time the kid told us it would be there in about 5 mins after already waiting almost a hour, 20 mins later we called again because we had to leave to go to an event for our kids and the guy once again said the pizza was about to arrive. As we are walking out the door the pizza was delivered, while I’m still on the phone asking for a refund. The guy is refusing to refund us saying they don’t have to for delivery delays. This was not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. After all that, one of pizza’s was burnt and the other cold. Do not order from them! Horrible customer service.

Crystal Valley Dominos charges me $62 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and delivered to wrong condo unit. I asked for a refund and the manager told me she can either remake or refund but not both. Because I refused to tip the driver who delivered the wrong pizza. Dominos will NEVER get my business again!!!

The most unsanitary experience I’ve ever had at a pizza chain. Morgan – the “manager” was unwilling to help and hung up on me initially. She eventually voided out my order but this is completely unacceptable. I’ll be contacting corporate over this one.

Carcinogenic pizza. Didn’t realize it was burnt to a crisp until I got home. Whoever boxes up the pizza should see that it’s severely burnt and make another if they really cared. Tried some of the pieces and they were very bitter. This pizza was for the kids, but I had to throw it away because something this burnt is full of carcinogens. Look it up folks BURNT = CARCINOGENS = CANCER. The science is irrefutable. This dominos is ok with serving cancer.
