JJ and Sam were killing it today ! (4:15pm 12/4). Line was supper long and they communicated to everyone well, constantly checking in and thanking everyone for their patient! They was kind and moved with speed but attention to get everyone orders done quickly but accurately! I tried to tip and they let me know there was a no tip policy in place! They definitely deserved some love during that rush! They handled it with grace

My company uses their catering on the regular. We can feed 30 people for a very reasonable price. And, their catered options are easily shareable types of food. Orange chicken, beef w/ broccoli, fried rice, etc. Plus, ordering online is really easy.

I just came from different panda location that decided that we were gonna close 20 minutes early -just to come get this location to be told that they don’t have any white rice right now . You don’t have any??? We’ll make some!!!! It’s sickening how everywhere you go places are just not accommodating to customers anymore.

The absolute worst experience thus far at PE. They ran out of grilled chicken (one of the most popular items) and when I arrived home I found the fried rice very gummy and paste like and seriously overcooked. It’s clear that attention to detail and the product quality has greatly diminished. I attempted to let management know but the phone went unanswered.

I just came home from ordering so who is working rn, 10:40 pm pst 9/16/25 is amazing. I asked for the smaller bits of chicken and she got me all the good pieces and its so good! I really appreciate that she did that for me. My bf food is also good, he got the spicy kind and beef and broccoli. Anyways thank you to that lady working!!!

I love panda but I’m done after this! I’m currently pregnant and found a bug in my food while I was eating my hubby was nice enough to bring us lunch and I couldn’t believe me eyes I had to show him to confirm what I was seeing but yes in fact It was a bug and after that I threw up for a good 5 minutes and get sick every time I think about it and the hubby isn’t feeling well either he ate his entire meal and doesn’t know if he ate a bug..This happened around 2pm today!
