The portions are small and overpriced. The owner this evening was degrading the front cashier right in front of customers. This is a poor way of treating your workers. I am very disappointed in this place!

Some of the least impressive Orange Chicken and Beef Lo Mein I’ve ever had, and at such a high price to boot. Orange sauce was little more than lightly seasoned, reduced orange syrup. Bit spicy, but not in a good way. Breaded chicken was crispy but in a stale, hard sort of way. Lo Mein noodles were very bland, store bought flat style spaghetti noodles with flavorless and colorless beef and very little vegies.
Sad when the highlight of the meal was the can of coke.

I walked into this restaurant expecting a satisfying meal, but what I experienced left me shocked and deeply disappointed. I paid nearly $25 for a dish that would normally cost between $8–$10 elsewhere—yet what I received was practically a child’s portion. The glaze was watery, the flavors flat, and nothing about the presentation or quality justified such an inflated price.
What makes it worse is the sense of being looked in the eye while knowingly overcharged—it felt less like dining and more like being cheated. For a restaurant that advertises authenticity, not a single staff member appeared to have any cultural connection to the cuisine being served, which only deepened the disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered.
This was not just an overpriced meal; it was an insult to the customer’s trust. If you value your money, your taste buds, and your dining experience, I strongly urge you to think twice before stepping into this place.

Used to be our favorite Chinese place, but the portions have gotten smaller and prices have gone up. We got a large cashew chicken and paid $16. It was only 8 pieces of chicken. They also got part of my order wrong, which mistakes happen, but $16 for 8 pieces of chicken and an incorrect order is a bit much. Their large cashew chicken used to be a whole box of the chicken and then a container of the rice on the side. It all comes in one box now and is the same portion as any other restaurants “normal” size.

The food is amazing and you get so much for your money’s worth. Great service will definitely be coming back! My new favorite Chinese restaurant in Ozark!

I’m really picky especially about Chinese. We’ve lived in Ozark for over a year now and just tried this place. It’s great! Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The food you could tell was really fresh. The main reason it took us so long to try this place is the restaurant doesn’t look that great from the outside but the inside is clean and nice.

Tried Ozark Chinese since Nixa has no good drive through Chinese, this was outstanding! High quality and fresh sweet and sour chicken and egg roll! Very sweet staff. My new place.

This place is just terrible. I’ve eaten here twice and they 100% never get it right. $21 for 2 egg rolls and an order of combo fried rice. HOW DO YOU GET THAT WRONG? If the owner actually reads these, I’d be shocked.

This was the most awful lunch. My husband typically eats his food even if he doesn’t so much like it. The white rice here was so awful that soy sauce wasn’t masking the taste. It had what I’d call a fishy taste but also such an off taste that it’s indescribable. The chicken as well in my orange chicken and his lemon chicken had that awful odd off taste. The crab ragoons were tough to chew with any filling. not happening again. We spent $27 on this and I’m highly disappointed.
Wish we could have dined in so maybe we could have had our rice remade or something but unfortunately it’s drive through only.

The prices have become a little unreasonable for drive through food. Ordered two meals general and cashew, also got one eggroll and some crab Rangoon $48. I’ve had better meals for two at that price.
