This store is pitiful. After waiting forever to pick up my online order, they say they have no clue where but pizza went. “Well, I’ve got other pizzas I can give you” was their response. Manager said he’d rectify the situation. Never did. I reached out to customer support, who said the manager would contact me. Never did. Then customer support started to ignore me and has not responded since.
Why order from a place that doesn’t care about you or your satisfaction at all? Dominos is quicker and easier. Or maybe try Papa John’s.

4 out of my 5 previous orders have been incorrect in some way – missing toppings, or the wrong crust. The only time when my order was correct was when they caught what they missed riiiiight before I drove away – which was great and she was very kind about it all… but the overall attention to detail is lacking at this location.

So not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Twice my personal pizza was raw, and three times my regular pizza was raw as well. Tonight though was the straw that broke the camels back. I placed an order online as they were still open (maybe too close to closing time than I normally would but still they were open) I watch my online order “being picked up” my order was then cancelled at 1145. I called the store and was told they closed at 12. Ok I get that but my food was already made prior so what happened to it? They gave my food to the driver then cancelled my order. I asked many times why they would cancel my order if they handed my order to the driver, that it didn’t make sense and being closed didn’t negate the fact they gave the driver my food! I finally asked if there was a manager or if she was the manager on shift, she said she was and I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I call repeatedly looking for some idea as to what just happened and nothing. So whomever is the “manager” tonight I hope you see this. I reported everything and our recorded conversation to corporate.

I’m not sure why their review rating isn’t higher! I placed an order online, it was ready when I rolled up to the drive-thru window, had a pleasant interaction with the staff and drove home to enjoy a great-tasting pizza! I had 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni thin & crispy and it was delicious. Good job PH-Leland!

Ordered a one topping pizza and breadsticks. Went to pick it up in the drive thru after the order said it was ready, to be told it hasn’t been started and it would be 20 minutes. We pull around and come inside to wait. After another 15 minutes we go to check on it and are then told it still hasn’t been started, it will probably be another 20 minutes. Ended up having to cancel our order.

Placed an order for the Valentines pizzas on THURSDAY February 12th to be picked up at 6pm on Valentines Day, February 14th. Couldn’t find my confirmation email, so called at 5:15 to confirm my order. Women on the phone confirmed they had my order. My husband shows up to pick up at 6pm only to be told they were 1-2 hours behind!!! First of all, I placed my order 3 days in advance. You would think they would take some kind of priority. Second, I called to verify my order ahead of time which was an ample opportunity to tell me they were that far behind.

Where have you been? I haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza this good since the 90s! Personal pan crust soft yet crispy on the outside. Lots of sauce that was delicious. A very good price!! Looks like you’re our new fav take out and I’m super picky! Keep it up.

Solid! Pizza was hot and tasted great. Perfect toppings placement. Sauce to cheese ratio was just right. I was instantly taken back to the 90’s with those BookIt coupons. Location was clean and service was pleasant.

i have been going to this pizza hut for quite a long time now and I just recently saw this little black hair girl, shes just the sweetest thing! shes a very hard working and constantly made sure me and my kids were doing well and if the food was okay and made sure we were all settled in, she truly went above and beyond! I wish I got her name but I will definitely be going back

Ordered their new Melt (pepperoni lovers) and enjoyed it. It’s essentially 1/2 thin pizza crust filled with meat and cheese, folded over on itself and cut into 2 pieces, dipping marinara on the side. Would like more pepperoni, there was adequate cheese. Also had a thin crust pizza. I can’t find pork sausage pizza anywhere other than Pizza Hut, And I LOVE IT. Always enjoy the pork pizza!
