Clean little chain BBQ joint near work. Smells fantastic when you walk in, staff is polite and the portions are hardy.
Potato cooked well, pulled pork juicy but not too Smoky, BBQ sauce was good and the butter soaked bread was tasty.

Rating it a 5 because there was no good reason to rate it a 4 or below. But please note, this isn’t what I’d call BBQ. It was tasty and moist. It was also filling with good portion sizes. The price was fair, restaurant was clean, and I liked everything I ate including the cheesy red potatoes. But at the root, it’s truly just oven roasted chicken or pork on a bun. Not what I’d classify as BBQ. No brisket on the menu either.

I recommend Strouds barbecue! Not only is the food absolutely delicious! I have never tasted better barbecue pork! The place itself was very nice and had an adorable car-esque design to it. Above all, the staff were extremely friendly. I am wheelchair bound and struggle to get around, I made my way just up from Dr. Terry’s clinic and it was a workout and the man behind the counter was so kind to offer me a free drink/water. Thr prices are reasonable too. When I can get back on my foot from my slump I’m ordering from them ASAP.

I’ve been there 3 times since they reopened. Each time more disappointing. Y’all might want to hire some kids who care about your business.
1st time – chicken was dry as hell. (Let that one go)
2nd time – the food was a bit better, but the attitude of the guy at the window was disappointing. Like I was bothering him by coming there and ordering food.
3rd time – I was served a cold pulled pork sandwich, with everything I didn’t want on it and an ice tea that was warm. (I ordered a chicken sandwich with a Coke ).
There won’t be a 4th time. Y’all lost my business.

Took a bit of a detour to avoid the chains and tried this place. Although they had a very tasty BBQ burrito, the selections seem very small compared to other BBQ restaurants nearby. Pulled pork plate was pretty scarce for price win very little flavor. Crockpot pork? If you’re in the area, sure stop by, but don’t go out of your way.

I had the BBQ Nachos. They were great! The pork was moist and tender. I would like more of a smoky flavor but it was delicious and I will have it again! The service was fast and the sweet tea was refreshing.

If I could give less than one star I would!! Service was absolutely horrible and not to mention the cost for two orders of barbecue nachos and two drinks cost over $60 is absolutely ridiculous I will not be eating here agin and would not recommend!!!!
