(Sunday 7:30pm/2 patrons dining inside only) Cashier was mopping by the door. We were greeted by her after arriving to the order section. She was pleasant. We wanted cilantro rice but there was none. Chicken was dry & color of the steak (opted out). We ordered the shell with plant based chorizo with guacamole… the mango habanero and the lime vinaigrette was very nice….& the Minute Maid raspberry lemonade drink was lovely as well. We dined in. The only gripe would be that the round booth’s table wasn’t so clean so we kept it moving, & lastly, we didn’t realize the closing of 8pm until at 8:03 when we were being asked about needing the trays . To-go it shall be. All is well, & we shall return. 8:06pm…. OUT

Tabitha, who took my order and made my burrito was very kind, clear and made sure I knew about the money-saving combos before I ordered. The manager, Jim came by my table to check on me even though I was the only one there. The food was delicious as always and they made sure not to skimp out on my burrito. It had been a while since I had been here but they made me feel like I should come back soon. Thanks for the food!

First time going there everything was great everything fresh the nacho was great my grandson loved his kid nacho and the shrimp tacos were very good the ghost pepper sauce is very hot the way it’s supposed to be.

Overall great experience. It was a bit of a wait but worth it. Once everyone in line was served, the gentleman working here took the time to go to EVERY table and personally check that we were doing well. He even refilled my daughter’s drink. Service was great, food was delicious.

Iv been to this location before and sometimes they are slow so I put in a door dash order for pickup so it would be ready when I got there. No they were still making my food but no big deal. what was a big deal was 2 people walked in and got their food before me and it still took 15 minutes on top of the 15 it took to get there. 30 mins for a quesadilla, chips and a drink and I probably could’ve just walked in and it would have been faster.

First and last time eating here. Low quality for the price. The nacho toppings were fresh but a bit bland. The chips tasted musty, like they had been fried in old oil. I hate wasting food, but they went in the garbage.
At Moe’s you’ll get 3x the amount of toppings, more flavor, and fresh chips that won’t fall apart when you’re trying to eat them.

Wonderful Tuesday evening family outing. Food was great. Restaurant was nice and clean. Staff was on point. The price was very reasonable for a family on a budget. The chips were my favorite, they taste amazing. Best in the area by far.

We have been visiting the Salsarita’s location in Madison, Alhamdolillah for the last five years.
For the last few months we have noticed a marked change in guest service, food quality and general cleanliness of the restaurant.
The manger is always seen participating with his team to project a great dining experience. Many times we have observed him cleaning tables and bringing food the table. It makes it great!!!!!!!!!
We are getting used to this great service and hope that the manger that we see on the weekends during lunch is recognized for his hard work.

Quick review: For fast casual type Mexican food the place is tasty very clean on the inside and the staff is friendly.
Overall: I think if you want authentic food it’s going to be very hard for you to find it anywhere in Huntsville. But this place does a better job than most Mexican food places around here. I know that one of the reviewer said you should go to Moe’s but at least i know the Moe’s in Madison seems very dirty. (See my review and photos of them) This place was pretty clean on the inside and had a great seating area with a lot of Windows to the outside which was nice for a view. The only thing that I wish is that they actually had a self-service salsa bar like some of the other places do but other than that everything seems to be pretty good.
Should you go: if you have down here I would least give it one try. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and helping me choose some good menu items since this was the first time I’ve been here.

Just one question…why do y’all chips smell and taste like they’ve been fried in gasoline? First time ordering from here to get something light. The chips tasted off. Sniffed them and the smell started messing with my head. Got a coworker to confirm my suspicions and they said the same thing. Checked the reviews for a 3rd confirmation and saw I’m not the only customer with the same complaint. My appetite for this place is gone!!!!
