This is the 6th time I’ve left the grove hill subway empty handed. It’s either they are completely out of bread or it’s cooking and it’s a 20 minute wait on bread or they are out of everything to make a basic sandwich. This place is not busy so what’s so hard about keeping bread cooked and ham sliced? It’s a coincidence every time I pull up they are up front smoking when there is stuff needed to be prepared. Worst ran business in Clarke county. Highly disappointed but shame on me for giving them 6 different chances

The older white lady who works there should either be put on clean up or cash register ONLY! She talks and talks and slow as Christmas fixing food. Had to leave without food because my lunch break was over. If I could give 0 stars I would. The poor people that have to work with her have to deal with that also!

This is by far the slowest Subway I’ve ever gone to. I placed an order online and made it to the location before time and still had to wait almost 30 min after my meals were supposed to be completed with preparation. There was a toilet leak that flooded the floors. There were 2 staff members who were swamped with orders and I don’t blame staff, I blame management. Things need to be corrected at this location because there’s several times I’ve came here and the wait has been extremely long for food. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

Speedy and friendly service and very clean! William is a wonderful and hardworking individual who takes pride and care with each order and customer!!! There is no shortage of professionalism and manners in this young man (he deserves a raise)! I will continue to frequent this location, because I know not only is it clean but my will be treated right!!!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon. Had 2 ladies working. One was being trained. Nobody else in store, but I assume the ladies were working on call in orders. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, but neither ever acknowledged me or my spouse. We left and rode down to Jackson to eat at Ed’s Drive in.

Bought some sandwiches from this location. The bread was undercooked, gave me a horrible stomach ache. I’ve had multiple issues with this location in the past. I think the reasoning may be that employees continuously change and there is not enough training given to the newer employees. I go to this location as a last resort, Jackson’s location is far better.

Googled the hours for this location and found out that they are supposed to close at 9pm. Showed up at 8:38 pm, and the doors were locked and open light was off. Typical for this town. I believe that if it were managed properly, they would close at their listed closing time, instead of just whenever they feel like it.

My husband is in town working. I always find the closes Subway to where we are staying. This subway is going to be one of my favorites. I really hate I didn’t get the young ladies name who fixed my protein bowl.
