Fun place. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but good. The Patron tower was $85. It was a shock but it averages out for 4 full drinks. The drink menu is quite big and the drinks have funny names. The waitress was awesome and so nice. When I went there were 2 different DJs. One on each side. The Music was so good. Really no street parking,but there is a lot on the side for $20.

We had an amazing experience at OURS! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming, the food was incredible, and the service truly made the night special.
Victor, our server, was outstanding,attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at all the right moments. You can tell he really cares about the guest experience.
Everything came out perfectly, the atmosphere was great, and the service elevated the entire meal. Huge shoutout to Victor for making our night memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I had such a great time at OURS! We came one a whim. Malina was our server and we got to know the new chef. Malina and the rest of the staff were great! I’m more of an introvert, but felt so welcome when we came before thing got turnt up. The food was better than expected. We had the Buffalo Chicken Poppers and the stuffed flank steak. Get the limites stuffed steak while it last! Can’t wait to come back

I rarely leave reviews like this, but our experience here was beyond unacceptable. We spent a total of $473.87, yet the service was a disaster. We picked the valentines menu and waited 3 hours for our dinner, and we never even received our appetizers or dessert. When the first meal finally arrived, the second one didn’t show up for another hour and a half. To make it worse, the food was served cold and wasn’t prepared the way we requested. I asked for lobster and there was no lobster on my food. Waiting over four hours in total for a disorganized, incomplete, and overpriced meal is inexcusable. It was a horrible experience for a first-time visit, and we certainly won’t be returning. I don’t mind spending money at a restaurant, but for that type of quality is upsetting. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We went to Ours last weekend for my cousin’s birthday. Very cute place and atmosphere. Our service was awesome. What I’m not happy about is the fact that the prices of the drinks are not advertised AT ALL. I have never in my life paid $18 for a cocktail, granted I’m aware they’re considered “upscale drinks”. We were also never told that the 20% “Service Charge” was a mandatory tip, we were told this after our table left over $100 in cash on our table and all of our bills were paid. A service charge is for alcohol and food taxes, this needs to be advertised correctly as a mandatory tip. Our server also asked us if we wanted some birthday shots. Our table thought it was on the house, so we accepted the offer. Only for us to see we each had a $12 shot on our bills. We should’ve been made aware that we were expected to pay. There is no reason between my husband and I that after 3 beers, 2 cocktails, 2 birthday shots, and 2 orders of chicken tenders our bill came out to $190 after the mandatory tip. I loved the place, but we will not be going again.

Came to check this place out with some friends and tried the Midnight Safari along with the sweet chili chicken wings. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the scenery, which was a nice touch. If you’re into hookah, this spot will definitely suit your vibe – they seem to specialize in it.
The only downside was the service. Our waitress took longer than expected to check in with us for drinks and to bring the check. Overall, a decent experience, especially if you’re there more for the atmosphere and hookah than quick service.

The final bill contained numerous inconsistent and unexplained charges, including different prices listed for the same items, which is unacceptable. Most concerning, the receipt reflects eight servings/shots of Hennessy VSOP, which is factually incorrect. We did not consume that amount, and when questioned, staff were unable to provide any clear explanation, breakdown, or accountability for how these charges were calculated.
This was a bill for two people, yet the total was extraordinarily high. At no point were we given transparent pricing, item clarification, or a professional response to very reasonable concerns. The lack of clarity, combined with inconsistent pricing and the inability to explain alcohol charges, reflects poor management and extremely unprofessional business practices.
Accurate billing and customer transparency are basic standards in hospitality. Unfortunately, those standards were not met in any way during this visit. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in the accuracy of their billing practices and will not be returning.
