We were in Redwood City and came across this restaurant. Nice place for a meal and seems to stay busy. Our server was friendly and pretty attentive.
My wife ordered their Dip Sandwich & Fries which she really liked and I had their Hamburger w/ Fries. My burger was good size and tasted good. Just an FYI, they cook their burgers medium which was fine to me but others might want it cooked a little more. We said we would definitely go back.

Called in an order around 4:45 and was told 15 minutes. I come around 5 and get a message on my phone saying my food was ready. Tell the person up front my order she says it’ll be 5 more minutes. OK no problem I’ve worked food service before so I wait 10 minutes. After this nobody has noticed me or came up to me so I go in and wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledges me. To which the bartender finally tells the original waitress and she magically finds it right up front of the kitchen. I go to sign for my food and imagine my shock, $24 for a BLT with avocado and fries. Will not be coming back here. Food was standard albeit cold.

We’ve been eating here for years and always find it to be comforting & cozy. The restaurant made some changes to their wine list, which makes it less diverse. The food is still good, but we believe it was tastier a couple years ago before changes to the menu were made. We look forward to returning and hope some of the previous wines return to the menu.

The pizza and appetizer was great. We ordered the shrimp appetizer and the shrimp was crunchy yet perfectly cooked. We ordered the cheese pizza with pepperoni on top. It had a great char and was very tasty. Burger was ok they should add more lettuce as the bun got soggy fast.

Stopped in for dinner. We were kinda on a time table, so appreciated that they got us seated quickly and food came out pretty quick. Ordered slider for the kid, friends got the nachos with pulled pork, and I got the buffalo chicken ranch pizza. Slider meal also came with a juice and chocolate chip cookie so a decent deal. Pulled pork on the nachos was moist and flavorful. The chips were kind small though, but I guess it is appetizer. The pizza had a nice char on the dough, it was airy, and toppings were great. I guess from the looks of the char I expected crust to be a little more crispy but overall it was a good pizza.

Food is decent but they added a 5% surcharge to the bill which I couldn’t find anywhere on the menu. Even after the surcharge, the tip options were 20% & 25% which was sneaky.

Wonderful and accommodating staff! They had al fresco dining and followed social distance guidelines to a T, felt v safe! Great food with good portions and if they get your order wrong they will give you another on the house! I will be back here next time I’m in town 🙂

My goodness was the food here delicious! Located in a very unassuming strip mall, this restaurant was an unexpected delight.
Starting off with the cocktails, we opted for Non menu drinks to see how the bar tender could hold up. I think I have found my new favorite mezcal spicy margarita. I had two And could have easily had four.
The appetizer Brussels sprouts were a must for us to try. The truffle oil was hinted and not over powering. Next time I’ll be sure to get these Again. Maybe this will be a new stop in for sprouts and margaritas (if Ben is working)
Lastly the meal. I ordered the tacos and by very special request got to try the lettuce wrap and taco (not typically ordered). I’m glad I tried both bc the lettuce outshot the tortillas. Fresh and crisp it paired perfectly with the shrimp. And they come with a heaping plate of chips, salsa and beans not mentioned on the menu.

Very loud inside, more like a bar atmosphere. Outside seating isn’t worth the price you’re paying. Chicken was severely overcooked. Great staff, chicken was quickly replaced, 2nd dinner was much better
