You don’t always get that kind of warm, genuine customer service at a fast-food spot, but she really stood out. My order was fresh, accurate, and came out super quick. Can’t go wrong with Carl’s Jr.
Opens till late, which is a god-send for the time-zone-challenged person like me.
Place was quiet at 6:30pm. However staff was attentive, service was fast, seating area was clean. The burger was great as ever.

Been coming here for years and never had a problem. The food is always solid and the service is quick. I always get the Famous Star with cheese and a side of fries. It hits the spot every time.
It is one of those places you can count on when you want something familiar and satisfying. Nothing fancy, just good food that always delivers.

Drove into carls this morning, got greeted straight out the bat with a good positive attitude by their cashier Cathy, she has great customer service and makes my daily trip such a pleasant one every time. Foods always on point never disappoints what’s so ever. Always fresh and great in taste! 10/10 for me this is my favorite location.

Just got back from sitting in the drive-through for half an hour. I had to turn off my engine twice, once for slow service and once because I was charged for the wrong order. I only noticed that I was charged wrong because he forgot he even charged me. Half an hour and half a gallon later, now have a stone cold $5 burger. I always have bad luck with this location.

So I went in there and I asked if I can eat the restroom and they said that I needed to buy something sometimes I didn’t like the fact that she said oh you have to buy something in order to use the restroom . I am diabetic and the girl said you have to buy something before you go to the restroom what about if I didn’t have money to buy anything that day I can’t use the restroom she was really nice to check the bill like if I was some kind of whatever you know I don’t think I’ll ever go there again

Dude in the back said something racist towards me. The girl at the front desk was taking my order, I changed up my order and completed it. The girl said something to the guy in Spanish in the back and he said something rude because she said “you’re so mean” in a playful way as if she was amused he said it but did t want to appear like she was condoning it. it’s okay hold on to your racism, I will take this up with labor commissions, we’ll see who’s laughing. My experience the Carl’s Jr is clean the food was good the customer service was horrible I think the manager name was Catherine she’s not user friendly at all she didn’t greet me as a customer I hope this review helps.
