One of the better tims In Ontario. Would have given 5 star for service. But service seems inconsistent. Went there 2 days in a row. First day ordered potato wedges along with coffee at around 6:30 PM, they served it accordingly. Next day again ordered wedges at around 6 PM the guy came up and said they’re not taking wedges orders after 5 PM anymore which seemed like a made up excuse! Other than that experience, this is a great store.

I went in tonight around 8pm for a donut. They had a great selection of baked goods considering I went there later in the day.
No wait to be helped, they did have customers in the drive thru, but made sure to almost meet me at the counter. The young girl working the cash was super friendly, and went above and beyond to give me detail on donut selection and availability. The manager (I assume) also overheard, went to the back, and let me know of two other donut types they just finished making. The entire interaction was amazing, and made my day.
People say a lot about Tim Horton’s these days. Well I assume most are like this location. It was VERY clean, the staff were working very hard, and giving some of the best customer service I have had in a while. The donut was great, and still has a “classic/nostalgic” Timmie’s taste I crave. I’m going back later this week for an Iced Capp + donut.
This location is ALWAYS the best. I pass my closest Timmie’s to go to this one every time. 5+ years and I’ve never had a negative experience. Even on “Too Good to Go” they are TOP rated on the app compared to all other Tim Horton’s, and I can confirm they do a great job for those boxes as well. Come to this location, you will NOT be disappointed.

Ever since the renovations have been complete, this store is a disaster. It is SO incredibly slow. Previous to that, it was always great! They no longer care about anyone inside their store. I stood with 4 other customers this morning in the store for 6 minutes without even an acknowledgement! I asked if we could be helped, I was then acknowledged that we existed but still no one helped. It still took an additional 7 minutes for me to receive my one standard, simple, hot drink. It was like everyone was moving in slow motion. I was shocked. The manager was kept busy making food for another employee’s snack?
Customer service – zero stars. At least it always tastes good.
Lesson learned, sit in the drive through, no matter how long the line-up is.

Great customer service and typically I only order drinks, which are always correct! I ordered a habenero chicken bowl and unfortunately half of the lettuce was already starting to rot (note: eaten immediately, did not sit out or have time to get soggy). Thankfully I got the sauce on the side so I was able to remove the lettuce once I noticed!

Do not recommend doing mobile orders. This is the third time I’ve ordered 20+ minutes in advance at two different locations, asked them to prepare now, and waited at the pickup spot for probably an additional 10 minutes. After finally getting fed up I asked when my order would be ready only to find out that they didn’t even start it. Stick to drive through unless you enjoy wasting your time. The second time on Ojibway, at least they offered me a free item as an apology, but I would have preferred my 20 minutes back.

Ordered a farmers wrap was covered in what looked like everything bagel seeds and wasn’t even grilled. My iced capp was also barely blended so watery, and not to mention the wait was quite a few minutes so i don’t understand why it looks like they threw my wrap on the grill for one second. Won’t be coming back, used to be great service now horrible

Its 11:30 Pm, I work uber deleivrey, i accept order and when i reached tim hortons tried to call them on phone, no one responded but its said 24 hr , i waste my car gas for nothing.

I LUV this place, I’m a true Canadian here, however there is a few things I wish there was. PLEASE add more sparkle timbits in the timbits. Btw those ice caps HIT at 7:30 am on a Friday before school. Going here with cousins, even better than red lobster, I mean everything’s better than that place. Only other complaint I have is to make farmers wrap bigger, however it’s fine. Btw service is goated.
