I’ve eaten at different wingstop locations in Mississippi and Louisiana and this one was the best so far! Customer service was great, food was literally cooked when ordered, it was hot and fresh! Perfect seasoning. Just delicious!! The girl behind the counter was so friendly and the other lady who I guess was the manager was also nice as can be! Was greeted as soon as we walked in! It was around 2:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, so whoever the workers were there at that time were amazing!

I came in on Dec 27,2025 Aprox 10:15 with a big order. This location stay busy, it was very smart to put a Wing Stop here. The employees was working hard to get the orders out. The person at the cantor went over my order to make sure everything was there ☺️. They also have security at this location I was very happy with my experience

Wingstop, 1430 Ellis Ave, Jackson, MS 39204 Verbally attacks people when you tell them please calm down they don’t they make fun of people for having disabilities and even yell at pregnant people. The fact of the lady trying to make something out of nothing is insane. I think she is hearing things because she was saying people were saying stuff when they weren’t she does not need to be working at customer service because making fun of disable people and trying to attack pregnant people is insane. I feel I should have called the cops but I thought maybe she’s just having a hard day.

We ordered a meal for two and waited 40 minutes to get it!! This place was FILTHY and I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down by the health department! No customer service and the food isn’t worth the time, especially with how dirty it is in there. I would be worried about getting sick

I went here a few nights ago, the food took to long, but the customer service was horrible. They were yelling and rude to me one lady actually acted like I was getting on her nerves and was yelling at the staff. They were trying to keep up but it was busy but she was out right rude. The girl at the front apologized for her and was nice but you could tell she was irritated also. Will not be coming back here. I was just in town for the weekend but by far the worst wingstop I have been to.

Had been seeing some good reviews so I thought I’d try this location this time and I was not disappointed. Got the Louisiana rub wings and Buffalo ranch fries. Everything came out fresh and was delicious. Will be using this location from here on out.
