Despite getting there in the last hour of operation, the food was fresh and delicious; really good value that left my date and I full and happy with some leftovers the next day. Great ribs, great sauce, wicked good baked beans and great service.

Some of the very best BBQ I’ve had in the area. We tried ribs, chicken, knuckle, and sausage…all were smoked to perfection. The sauce has just the right amount of spice and is tangy without being too sweet.
All the sides are delicious too — especially the collards.
The dining area is small and the place does a solid trade around lunch, so expect a wait and a crowd.

Oh my. Got a reference from the front desk clerk about this place. To start, the food is awesome, service is awesome. Such nice people. Lots of food for a very reasonable price. If you have never been to this place, I really suggest that you try it. Don’t let the outside fool you. The place is very clean inside. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I visit Mobile. Thank you guys for the awesome service.

If you want some real southern BBQ, this is the place. I test my BBQ by ordering with sauce on side. The way I see if, if your meat taste good without sauce, it’s the real deal…Mcmillans is the REAL DEAL.. I had a rib and chicken plate, I will definitely be coming through here when I’m in Mobile area.

I love Mcmillan’s BBQ!! The ribs are amazing!! The BBQ sauce is absolutely delicious! It tastes just like the sauce at the old Fletcher’s that was on Government St. years ago. The baked beans and potato salad are really good also.
