Employees using rude language and yelling from back. One customer lef5 after not being served. How rude. We had to wait a long time to get someone to even look up so we could ask for someone to take our order. Poor experience.

I pulled in tonight, the one worker they had was outside smoking a cigarette or whatever. Pull around through the drive through she comes on sounding as If I disturbed her. Gave me chicken that appeared to be days old and dropped in grease to heat up. I asked for tea she said “we don’t have any tea”, I guess because it was 2vhours or so before closing it was too late to make some. This is the absolute worst KFC in the Triad and surrounding counties. I see why no one was there before me. If you don’t want to cook get out the kitchen. Be the way the biscuit could have been used as a wespon.

Look I am not racist Nor is my wife, but my wife went tonight to a KFC that was predominantly run by Black people like I said we’re not racist, but when my wife walks in there, their servers are rude to her. Throw our stuff on the counter don’t even talk to my wife. Don’t even say is that all you need today or when she walked to the register like hey how are you doing? Nothing just gave her an evil look I don’t condone racism but the management at this KFC needs to look into it or I will call corporate.

I ordered 2 chicken pies and had to wait 22 minutes for it and got home for us to eat and as I was eating, I was like where is any chicken. There was none at all. My husband checked his and his didn’t either. I tried calling and no one would pick up. Please put chicken in your chicken pot pie. I added some corn to have more food since there was no chicken.

I’ve lived in Thomasville my whole life… and this is honestly the worst KFC I’ve ever been too and it used to be good… but the customer service lacks. The food is cold and just made lousy… idk who’s running it but I pray u get it straight honestly don’t know how this place is still open. Decided to give them once last try.. me and my mom went and she works hard… and was in a lot of pain, we get to the drive through and they tell us to come inside?! For what… so me and her decided to order through the mobile app and try it that way sense she was in a lot of pain. And for some reason they allow mobile orders at the drive through but u can’t order through it?! Make it make sense….we got the new chicken.. and it was lightly sauced and came with good old cold fries… that are nearly stale… do better KFC.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This KFC is absolutely the worst place I have ever been. The service staff is rude, the food is usually old and reheated, and heaven forbid you complain. I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes before pulling to the window to see what was going on. I saw 1 staff mopping the lobby floor and 1 making food. I blew the horn, no response. 2 other cars came through the line and got no service. This place is a joke and management doesn’t care.

Placed a very simple order through uber eats. The chicken meals were both missing their sides and then was unable to contact the store to speak to someone about it. The national customer service was no help either. The receipt says your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by blank. That sounds about right.

Asleep at the wheel? There’s a reason why there are hardly any decent reviews that are less than a year old . It has been a running joke with my girlfriend if they’ll actually have chicken some other issue… well that said they never disappoint because 4 out of the last 5 times we have ended up having to drive to High Point or Lexington. They either out of chicken or they tell you the drive thru is closed and you’ll have to come inside. I walked to the door to see a line of over a dozen people already frustrated or trying to return an order to get it corrected . It’s obvious the management and franchise owner must not care because there is no response on any of the horrible reviews that have been uploaded lately.

This KFC is closer to our home but we always end up having to drive to High Point because this location (Thomasville) is out of chicken! How can you be out of chicken? It’s a chicken restaurant! Now the last two times, the drive thru wasn’t open, although she told us that from a working drive thru speaker. Why have a drive thru if you don’t use it???? There has been only one lady that has been nice here. The rest have all been awful. Apparently no one likes to work here and are just plain lazy! Whoever owns this restaurant needs to make some better staffing decisions or close it down!!!! Very frustrating!
