First of all, LOVE this Starbucks. I go here all the time and they are always so kind and efficient..but Starbucks, what is wrong with you.
I start off my day doing some cleaning around the house and getting errands done and realize I have leftover money in my Starbucks app! Yay. So I go and order my drink, the eggnog latte. I asked the worker if he liked it and he said it wasn’t his thing, so I was like “oh okay it’s probably super sweet but I like that” so I get it. (This is important)
Big mistake.
Huge.
Imagine my displeasure as I have spent my scraps from my Starbucks app on this blasphemous drink. It is single-handedly the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. I’m not even kidding when I say my entire day was ruined and even though I was 10 mins away I pulled the fastest U-turn in a random neighborhood. I didn’t even expect a refund or remake…I just needed to tell them the drink contained flavors of chemicals and all things evil. (They handled it so well, love that)
I’ve tasted many things…never in my life have I ever encountered such a horrific drink. This is an actual issue. If you are reading this please learn from my story and DO NOT get the eggnog latte, it’s been a a few days and I still can’t stop thinking of the taste… it haunts me.

They only prioritize their drive times and not their cafe connections. The past 5 times i’ve come in here there would be like 2 people in the cafe and fully staffed FOH but i wait 20 min for 1 drink (just a strawberry açaí). they don’t do cafe slide. floors always nasty, chairs always everywhere. When i come im nobody greets me and i wait at the register for no joke like 3 min before even getting acknowledged. i know the stores use their reviews and print them for store growth and i hope they use this one because this store is the worst in the district no joke. it’s so bad.

We tried to hand the Barista my phone to scan for my points and she said, too late, she’d already took our cash payment even though we were handing her my phone with the cash. But, I asked for hazel nut latte and I had NO flavor in my coffee. Worst experience I’ve ever with Starbucks!! I’ll stay with my favorite location and avoid this one for now on!!!! Your coffee is expensive as it is! We deserve better service!!!!

I went to this location 4 Nov 25 at 3:30pm and the 2 young ladies working were rude. I ordered then went to use the bathroom yet there are code locks on the door. I asked one of the girls what the code was for the restroom and she said she had to let me in. Now it’s only 2 of them working, luckily they weren’t busy so she finished what she was doing then came and opened the door yet didn’t wash her hands after touching the handle and went back to making people’s drinks. Then my order was up and my drink was hot. I looked around for the hot holders. There was none. I aske one of the ladies and she stated they were out and did I want a second cup. (Of course it’s hot , I said in my head) There tone and interactions was if I was bothering them and they did not want to be there. Sad because I have been all over the world to Starbucks and have never experienced bad customer service and codes on the door that can only be opened by employees only. Please ensure they wash their hands before returning to make people’s drinks.

Was waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes with one car ahead of me, because of how the drive thru is set up I was stuck. I then got to the window and had to wait another 5 minutes every time I go to this specific Starbucks it takes 10 minutes or more just to get through drive thru. Y’all seriously need to fix this and train better or something there no way it should take that long to get through the drive thru if I wanted to wait that long I would go inside and sit down.

Brought my Dad in store today around 12pm. The store had 4 people people sitting/working. There was plenty of other seating available. We ordered the pumpkin cold brew x2, a cream cheese pumpkin muffin and lemon iced cake. Service was friendly and expeditious and the beverages and sweet bites were delicious.

It’s a busy location but it always takes forever. No matter the time of day or how busy they are. I always have to repeat my order 3+ times. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a code no matter the time of day. Go to 7 brew atleast it’s worth it.

I love the size of this Starbucks and the interior design is nice, the Baristas at this location are just not as bubbly and welcoming as other locations that I have visited.
I stop by this location to sit and enjoy some morning reading while I take in my coffee ☕️

The young lady with dark curly hair and a face full of makeup who was working at the drive-thru around 5 PM today was extremely rude to me and gave me an attitude for no reason. I was waiting for around 2 minutes for help, and when I asked a question on one of the food items- she gave me an attitude and spoke to me like I was dumb. She raised her voice at me as well when I couldn’t hear her, and heard her giggling to one of her other coworkers. I also asked for oatmilk for my drinks and she didn’t put it in there as well. After receiving my drinks and food, she closed the window and didn’t say anything else. She is horrible at customer service and should be trained more efficiently. I always have horrible experiences at the star bucks in this location. Never go here.
