It was a pleasant surprise to discover their lunch specials blend in with their happy hour till 5pm! We were craving crab and shrimps and voila their $66 meal includes a pound each of snow crab and shrimps + calamari + choice of bread or rice + soda! Jenny was efficient and friendly, food came out hot and spice level was mild just like we requested. We enjoyed our meal very much, it’s comparable to Boiling Crab without the long wait. The shrimps were a good size and snow crab was chunky. We will return for sure!

Stanton, CA – can this beat the sauce at the OG vietnamese-run seafood boil place? On par! Definitely gotta try their house special sauce – buttery, tons of fresh garlic, slightly sweet, savory, goes really well with everything that’s in the bag!
We got clams, snow crab cluster, shrimp and corn. Also ordered half a dozen of oysters and the garlic noodles with shrimp.
Clams and shrimp tasted plump and fresh. Oysters were briny and fresh, not as creamy as I hoped. The snow crab didn’t have much flavor kinda like old frozen seafood to me. The garlic noodles were the biggest let down where the noodles were cooked for too long, and it wasn’t garlicky and buttery enough. I appreciate the addition of some veg in the noodle dish. Celery was an interesting choice… it might be better with asparagus instead. The shrimp there lacked flavor so we just threw them in our seafood boil bag with the sauce. We also would like to have the option of a side order of garlic noodles instead of a whole entree with an entree price. Not too happy about that.
Service was good. He gave us what we asked for but don’t quite come and refill our water proactively. The space was big with lots of tables, definitely can accommodate big groups. Plenty of parking sharing the same plaza as Rodeo 39 food hall.
Overall, great place for Cajun style seafood because their sauce was amazing, but I wouldn’t say it’s a perfect meal yet.

A new seafood restaurant in Rodeo 39! It is in the outdoor section, so, not inside the market itself. The seafood is priced by weight and you can pick the sauce and spicy level. The combo is really worth it. I had the one with crawfish, shrimps, clams and added the crab, which was very nice. The clam chowder and fried rice are also really good. Staff was very friendly. The vibe was cozy. I love this place!

I am the girl that is always in search of some good crawfish!!! I enjoyed my food very much and I finished all of my crawfish and that says a lot because I do not eat nasty food to satisfy others, I’m not that’s girl lol!!! The crawfish was definitely work finishing.
Now let’s talk about my waiter!!! DAMIAN R was great, He gave me great information before ordering and he gave me space to eat and enjoy my food without constantly bothering me, as you might be able to tell I’m a girl who love to enjoy her food with no interruptions. He was always present right when I needed him.
The over all atmosphere was great the music wasn’t too loud and over powering, and all the other waiters checked on me as well.
Shootout to Lynnie for packing my food up for me, and Denny for checking on me and making sure I was good and comfortable.
Needless to say Sharonn Yvonne will be back.
P.S One of my favorite things about this restaurant is that they are right next door to a thrift store and I am a Thrifter for Life!!!!

I came here during the soft opening and the first week they opened because they had specials. Prices were decent, and the flavors were okay — definitely better than some of the overly sweet sauces I’ve had elsewhere. The seafood overall didn’t exactly stand out — it wasn’t super hot, juicy, or fresh-tasting — but for what you got during the promo, it was a bargain.
I do want to come back to try some of the appetizers since they looked good. I also had high hopes for the fries (they use that battered style I used to get in Houston that we don’t really see here), but when I tried them, they didn’t come out the same.
Service was fine — the staff was nice, but there didn’t seem to be much consistency. It felt like everyone was just running around helping whoever.
Being at Rodeo, parking is always a hassle, and honestly, there aren’t a ton of good food options left there. So if I needed to grab something at Rodeo, I’d probably come here again. I still want to try it once more now that they’ve been open longer and the prices are full.
Overall: just okay, but worth a try if you’re in the area.

Really good quality seafood for a great price! We ordered the combo 6 for 3 people, and they didn’t skimp on the portions. We were so full by the end and still had leftovers. Tried their Cajun sauce, which was so yummy! Next time will try their signature sauce for sure. This place might possibly be the best seafood boil in OC pretty soon!

Had an amazing seafood feast at Crab Fish Hut in Stanton! We ordered Combo #1 with the House Special sauce, and it was absolutely perfect for two people. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
Loved that they provide aprons and gloves, making it easy to dive in without the mess. They also offer a special seasoning mix with lemon, but we opted for plain salt and pepper, which suited our taste better.
Overall, the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the combos are a great value. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving a seafood boil!
