The staff was very friendly the restaurant was nice and clean and the ambience was awesome! They had older 50s music playing everybody was smiling and very happy to be at work. The food was excellent the portions were very large the quality of food was very good. Everything was perfect, I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve been coming here since I was a baby, and the service and quality has never once changed. The food is always delicious and comes quickly, everyone is nice and friendly, the atmosphere is great and the music isn’t super loud like it is in other restaurants. Highly recommend anyone who needs a quick bite to eat (especially breakfast) to come on by and support a great local business!

Not a bad experience or place, just a pretty basic diner in my opinion. I brought my son here for some breakfast and it was alright. I got some Chilaquiles and he had a basic egg/hashbrown breakfast plate. They did have a MILITARY DISCOUNT, so that was nice. The place has a nice old school vibe too, ollld wood panel walls and gold peacock wallpaper!

Breakfast and lunch more delicious than most anywhere without crowds most anytime. Hard to see from Main Street, almost hidden behind a pizza restaurant, across College Drive from Vons, but once you find The Boys you’ll be back for great food and friendly service.

I know that inflation has made the restaurant business, never easy, even more challenging, but as a customer who cannot arrive before 1pm, I don’t enjoy being made to feel unwelcome before 2:30 by dishes crashing loudly as they are cleared from an adjacent table and vacuums competing with our feet for space.
I understand the need to prep a restaurant for the following day, but disregarding courtesy to begin that process during operating hours may cost you a customer.

Super friendly and helpful, the staff is exceptional. The food is excellent, tasty and seasoned just as you would like it, with the helpful suggestions of the server. She knows the menu choices well, and asks, if you want, what you are looking for in flavor and suggests an appropriate selection. The environment is bright and the restaurant is convenient to well traveled streets.

No frills old school diner. I ordered a club sandwich and it was exactly what it should be, no more, no less. Staff was courteous, though the prices are a bit high for what you get.
