Good experience and friendly service
I recently came to this Auntie Anne’s in Manassas Mall and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The pretzels were fresh and hot. I think it’s a good place to buy something quick while you’re at the mall.

I honestly love coming here. The pretzels are always fresh and they taste great, and the service is really good. Everyone is friendly and helpful, even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care and love doing their job!

I’m very upset and disappointed with my experience yesterday. I drove 40 minutes while pregnant specifically to get a fresh pretzel. When I arrived, I politely asked the employee for a pretzel from the batch that was coming out fresh. Instead, she insisted that the ones already in the front were “fresh” and handed me one of those.
When I tried it, it was not fresh at all, so I went back and kindly asked if I could exchange it for one from the new batch. Instead of helping, she got visibly annoyed, spoke to me in a rude tone, and gave me another pretzel from the same front display… again, not fresh.
Customer service matters, especially when someone makes a long drive and clearly explains what they want. This was honestly a very upsetting experience, and I won’t be coming back unless things improve.

There are two Auntie Anne’s stalls in the mall. You will usually find freshly baked pretzels there. Staff are nice. Their pretzels make a delicious snack while you’re exploring the mall.

I visited the store for the free pretzel day and anticipating to buy other items. There three staffs at the counter, all of them didn’t have knowledge of the promotion. I had logged in to website to use the promotion, they insisted the promotion doesn’t work because I don’t have the app installed. Which made absolutely no sense! After I downloaded the app, the app presented the same screens as the website, they couldn’t figured how to use it. They had no knowledge of the promotion, the cashier insisted I scanned the flyer on the counter to get the free pretzel! When I asked for the manager, all of sudden the promotion works. Then I asked for mustard with my pretzel , she made me paid for it! Which I know Auntie annie has the free mustard packages with the pretzel purchase. It was an unpleasant experience and will not go back when I’m in the mall. I ended up not buying anything else.

I went to this location with my son on a Monday afternoon. There weren’t any other customers and I gave my son my card and asked him to order what he wants, just so he gets used to stuff like this. It took him a minute to tell the lady at the register what he wanted and when she asked a follow up question (in a very rude tone), my son took a moment to think and the lady at the register immediately yelled at me and beckoned me to come over and told me my son doesn’t know how to speak and to quickly tell her what he wanted before “the rush” (mind you, there was no one else there). I called out her rudeness and she said she’s not a “baby sitter for disabled kids”. My son is not even disabled but that comment is highly inappropriate regardless. I was absolutely infuriated and left without ordering. Shame on this lady and shame on the management here.

Awful service, given bad attitude for no reason. Slamming things, handing out items I did not ask for, rolling eyes, not even knowing their own menu. Clearly decent human decency let alone customer service isn’t part of their training here.
