On the First Day of this Grand Opening of Taco Bell, I did got to not only document this event, but I was hungry for some lunch afterwards. I’m going to have to say this Crunchwrap Supreme Combo with Crunchy Taco & Pepsi and Cinnabon Delights were so delicious. Welcome to this restaurant to the Owego Community!

This was our first time stopping and I have nothing bad to say about this location. We placed mobile orders and while service was slightly slower than you might expect from a more established location, it certainly wasn’t excessive, especially compared to restaurants on this same stretch of road with shorter lines and more experienced workers (looking at you, McDonald’s). The employees were polite and friendly, all the food came out hot and fresh and everything was correct even though I made modifications to several items, and what more can you really ask for out of a fast food restaurant?
To all the people leaving negative reviews purely on the basis of wait times, remember that this location has been open for maybe two weeks, with brand new employees and a town full of people just like you who can’t wait to get their hands on a fast food taco as if they’ve never experienced such a thing before. I drive past this location daily, and have counted as many as thirty cars in the drove thru at one point, with a crowd of patrons inside as well. “I wAiTeD 45 mInUtEs In ThE dRiVe ThRu.” Yeah, buddy, you saw a line over twenty people deep and still chose to join it. That’s on you. I’ve worked in food service, as many as you evidently have not, and frankly, if a brand-new location with brand-new employees is managing to clear a line that deep in 45 minutes, they’re busting their asses and doing an admirable job. Go in there and show them how to do it faster, if you’re so certain it’s a failing on the part of the workers.
Keep up the good work, guys. Some of us see and appreciate you. Y’all are killing it.

I like the soft tacos. Service was a tad slow today. I stopped in after the noon rush was over so not sure why Service was a tad slow. Most days Service times are acceptable. Staff is always polite.

I’ll start by saying I went later in the evening (8:45 ish) and was the third car in line to the window. Ordering was immediate, waiting for food was a little on the longer side (15 minutes) but not bad at all compared to most, and definitely not bad given that they just opened a month and a half ago. Food order was correct, it was hot, and it was what I expected from Taco Bell.
I wouldn’t wait in line if it was long until they’re well established (give it a few more months), but it wasn’t a bad experience by any means.

I stopped into taco Bell for the first time. I’ve never eaten there before. I had one soft taco so I could see what it tasted like… It was okay. Could of used more meat filling. .. they charge extra for sour cream. I didn’t order the sour cream. The place is very clean .. the kitchen just sparkles. It did just open 2 months ago. The manager ,, he cares about the business. He was there working with employees. I will stop again. Price was average for their food. You help yourself to the drink’s.

I ordered a basic three crunchy taco combo meal received it quickly. All three tacos were crunchy and filled the brim with meat, cheese and lettuce. The manager that I interacted with was kind polite answered my questions and took my order perfectly easy parking, clean bathrooms, clean lobby nice staff. Clean looking kitchen from the counter legitimately one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to across the southern tier, the accuracy and consistency of my orders is always on point. I always receive fresh crunchy or soft tacos and I never wait more than Eight minutes

I’m going to start by saying that if you choose to get in a line 15 cars deep and a full parking lot and complain on a public platform that there’s a half hour wait on food and try to give a place a poor reputation you deserve everything you get in life. Use some common sense.
Our experience here was great. We came at a non-peak time around 11pm and were greeted by a cheery person behind the drive thru speaker and were promptly taken care of when we pulled up to the window. No confusion with multiple orders in our vehicle. Our food came quickly and our orders were accurate and our food was fresh and hot. Much better than other fast food places in the 17c strip. Great job to the team at our new Taco Bell and we are excited to return again.

Conveniently located just off of the highway, Exit 65 towards Route 17c on the East side of Owego.
The Restaurant was clean, the people were friendly, and the food was deliciously Taco Bell

It cannot be overstated how terrible the service is here! After waiting over an hour and a half (closer to two hours) I never received my order. As a kicker I placed a mobile order and after the first 15 minutes they marked it as ready. Now I can’t receive a refund. They wouldn’t even let me cancel my order since they already marked it as ready. After the first hour I asked where I was in the order lineup, the worker told me they were tired of people asking. Restaurant had over 14 people inside waiting, most have been there at least an hour. It was so bad that people were walking in to order and everyone was warning them not to. The worker at the register was telling people it’s only a 20min wait. 5 people walked out before even ordering. Manager is totally inept and unfit to run a lemonaid stand let alone a Taco Bell. This place is a total SCAM! AVOID at all costs!!!

Haven’t been able to even get food here. Went once with a long line and made it to the 2nd car away from the ordering spot and heard them tell that vehicle it’d be an hour for food so we left. Since then twice I’ve been there with shorter lines and sat there not moving in line for over 10min. We ended up going to the one in JC instead
