On 9/13/2025 I placed an order for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. 1 med pepperoni pizza and 1 med chicken bacon ranch pizza. What i received was the pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks but instead of the cbr pizza, I got the flat. Thats quite a difference in the amount of food and price.
When i called the store, who ever answered took my ticket number and offered me $25 off my next order, I said that would be okay and when I asked how I’d get it, he told me that it would be linked to my phone number…
He lied. I never got $25 off. No text nor nothing in my online account.
Horrible experience. They messed up and instead of me being a jerk and having them remake it and deliver it, I figured for weekend night they were probably so I’ll just deal with it and take the discount.
I got screwed when I was just trying to be nice and not inconvenience them for THEIR MESS UP
P.s. stop having them put check marks on the receipt to make it look like they are doing their job because clearly, they arent

Not only was my pizza nasty with no sauce when I ordered extra sauce the toppings wrong and just a disappointment all together. They lied about the free pizza deal. Supposedly your supposed to get a free large pizza when u spend $7.99 and within 48 hrs they r supposed to send you a free large pizza coupon to ur email. Well it’s been 72 hrs and still no free pizza coupon. Idk y they lie like that?!!?

This review is regarding the Pizza Hut on 4700 S 1929 W.
I ordered a pizza for delivery with Extra Pepperoni. When it arrived, it had an average of one pepperoni per slice.
I tried calling to explain the problem. I called ten times (not exaggeration). Each time the call was routed to a call center. Four times I was hung up on, five times I was told they would route me to the local store, only to end up back at the call center, one time I was supposedly routed to the 24/7 corporate number, which, of course, routed back to a call center. The reason I was told I would be routed to the corporate number? The local store’s phone number was disconnected. This about 20 minutes after having ordered from that store online.
I don’t know what is going on with this store or Pizza Hut in general. Obviously I will never order from them again. And to you, the pizza-buying public, be wary of this store and you had better hope your order is perfect because there is absolutely no recourse if it is otherwise. No recourse other than disputing the charge on your card, which is what I will be doing. I strongly suggest you order from some other company. Clearly this is terrible management and abysmal customer service all rolled into one deceptive package. Below is a picture of my “extra pepperoni” pizza.

You obviously didn’t read my words. I did not have “poor experience with a member of your staff” because I could not *reach* your staff. Now you ask me to email you at some obvious catch-all email address and want very specific details? Perhaps you should read the full, one-star reviews of this store (of which there appear to be plenty) before firing off a “Reply” that is ill-informed and seems simply to be a way to appear concerned about a dissatisfied ex-customer. I’m done with this. Disputed the charges on my payment source (and won), found a MUCH better pizza delivery option, and put this behind me. You as an apparent representative of American West Restaurant Group, should most decidedly not do the same. This store has problems that aren’t going away until some form of management fixes them. You have much larger problems than just one ex-customer, my friend. Good luck.
