I usually stop by before work at least 3 times a week. I Went through this morning with my hubs and our dog, for a vet visit treat. We Always get the same order, 2 nitros and a pup cup. The lady working the drive thru is always so kind and bubbly. Awesome personality and smile. She’s Definitely an asset to the team @ Monroe Starbucks!! I wish I knew her name to give her a personal shout out. Maybe Veronica? She’s Amazing!! The world needs more people who care and give great customer service as she always does.

Made the mistake of sending my partner in to pick up our order. Apparently this is the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich . I should’ve sent him inside with a picture I thought he already ate half by the time he came out. He told me she told him it was the grilled cheese, obviously he doesn’t question it. They always mess something up here. Don’t waste your money at this location.

They desperately need to hire more people. The wait times are ridiculous. I regularly sit in the drive-through for 15+ minutes. As I’m typing this, I’m literally boxed into my parking spot because the drive-through line is so backed up.

To be clear, this isn’t on the employees. They’re doing what they can. This is an ownership/management issue (as per usual).

I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a hazelnut oatmeal shaken espresso. Despite the plastic cups having lines indicating the amount of ice, water, and other ingredients, my venti shaken espresso was filled with over 85% ice cubes. This has happened to me a few times before, and I’ve tried to ignore it, but it keeps happening. I hope this review helps address this issue.

Visited Starbucks today 2/15/25 and tried the Hazelnut Cold Brew and the Brown Sugar Oatmeal Shaken Espresso—both were absolutely amazing! The drinks were spot-on, and you can tell the staff really knows their stuff. I’ll definitely be back soon! ☕

I used to love this Starbucks. Super friendly and quick with orders. But now they seem to have gotten lazy. Half the time the inside isn’t open and the drive through gets to backed up. I like to go inside to place an order. Bummer

If I could give no stars I would. Do not go here if you any plans for the rest of your day, and no matter how long the drive thru is, DO NOT GO INSIDE! Uuughhh, waiting 20 minutes for one cup of latte. NEVER AGAIN.

I don’t frequent this store, but I visit often enough to recognize the staff and know who I prefer to prepare my drink and serve me. Serena, however, consistently provides a less than satisfactory experience. Over the past month, the store has been visited five times, and Serena has been responsible for either rudeness, incorrect drink preparation, or both, on each of those visits. Specifically, on the past three visits where Serena has prepared the drink, it has been incorrect every time. For example, if the order specifies “No cinnamon,” cinnamon has been added. While the store and the rest of the staff are excellent, the customer will choose to go elsewhere if Serena is working.

I ain’t even get a whole damn drink. Plus they got thr order wrong on my other drink. We spend all this money at this establishment an it’s half service a food we receive. Gonna have to stop spending money here.

Ordered two drinks and a croissant at 7:45. It’s currently 8:30 and nothing is ready.

Not sure why this specific location takes 30 minutes to an hour for mobile orders, but don’t waste your time.

Wanting to share this review in the most kind way possible. I mobile order very frequently to this location and more times than not have to ask to please add something that I had ordered and paid for to the drink (ie Caramel drizzle, foam) while I’m sure some appreciate the sweet notes, if you can take time to use a Sharpie on each cup PLEASE find time to read the printed label all the way through. Mobile pick up is often 15-20 mins behind the estimated wait times and then staff might get frustrated that you ask them to correct a drink while busy.
