Paid over $6 in online convenience fee and no cash fee…..
Ordered 2 plain pizzas. Pizza crust was super thick and hard. Buffalo Wings were small, heavily battered, fried hard and extremely salty.
2 pizzas and 10 wingettes ….$60.
Never again.
Ordered a full large pizza and it was not so good. Tomatoes on top of pizza are really big. And their Garlic knots were undercooked. Total raw inside. Very disappointed.
STAFF ARE NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY.
When asked for dipping sauces…. We were given a one small sauce with great difficulty and with heavy attitude.
The ambiance looks interesting.
Around 6-7pm store was totally empty. Half of the store lights were off. Kind of no seating. Not sure if it is everyday routine. Where on google the timings say they are open till 9:30 pm, we were told Counter was closed and asked to pay in cash. As we didn’t have cash, they accepted card again with a sigh and attitude.
Would not go back for sure.
I decided to try the chicken-bacon-ranch, mac & cheese, and plain slices since they all looked quite good. The plain slice was on the greasy side with some seriously stringy cheese. The crust was pleasantly fluffy, though the sauce was run-of-the-mill and average. The mac and cheese slice was very filling but very plain. It definitely had a blend of cheeses, but nothing really stood out. The chicken-bacon-ranch slice was alright but had a lot of empty real-estate that could have better been utilized by toppings. The pizza here was pretty average but not bad overall.
I truly did try to keep using them but service and quality has declined unfortunately. There are a lot better pizza places in the area but if you like to gamble on your food Frank’s is your place.
This was supposed to be Half plain / Half Sausage – Large. Doesn’t look Large to me.
Also pizza had no flavor and the crust was like a cracker. Totally sucked! Waste of $18. Buyer beware!
